A perfect Moutain Home away from home!! Stunning large cabin full of everything we needed for a getaway with dear family & friends. The hosts are so thoughtful and really did think of every detail possible. The soothing flowing river sound from right next to the cabin and ample comfy beds we all slept wonderfully!! From a multitude of games to an incredible selection of books to the breathtaking deck you can easily find something to do! Anything we needed to prepare the groceries we brought up was in the fully stocked kitchen!! Oh and the water pressure in the main floor master shower was Heavenly!! They really take care of their beautiful Moutain Home and it was a pleasure to stay there! We will most definitely stay again!

The host was very welcoming and answered our questions quickly and enriched our stay. The house was amazing and perfect for a family reunion. We had 17 there and thee was plenty of room. It is a beautiful property and we loved it there and would recommend to larger groups!

What a cozy stay and amazing experience! Pictures don’t do the property justice. It was well kept and close to everything that we wanted to do from sight seeing, shopping, eating, hiking and many more! I am so pleased and the communication before the stay and during was great. If we had any questions, the host was open to answering anything! Koenig Lodge will forever have a place in my heart!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this house! The spacious dining table with roller chairs was excellent, the smaller table for 4 was perfect for an ongoing national parks monopoly game purchased at the alpine visitor center! The outdoor space was incredible! Our grands loved playing in the water! The hiking tips from the hosts were very helpful and appreciated!

You can’t beat the location—just minutes from downtown Estes Park and even closer to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. It's the perfect home base for exploring the area.The property itself is absolutely stunning. Set right on a beautiful river, it offers an incredibly peaceful backdrop. Whether you're into fishing or just want to relax, the deck is the perfect spot to watch wildlife—including unlimited hummingbird watching—and enjoy the soothing sound of the water. It's genuinely breathtaking.From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The house is warm, welcoming, and perfectly suited for large groups—our group had over 20 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved that people could spread out for quiet time, but the main family room was spacious enough to bring everyone together comfortably.Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and spacious getaway near the park.

Beautiuful home next to a Fast moving creek/river. No need for a sound machine. Just open your windows and enjoy the sound. Our family of 15 enjoyed our stay in Estes Park. Close to everything we wanted to do. Back deck overlooks the flowing river. Plenty of kitchen space and a lower level walks out to the porch overlooking the river/creek.

Our family of 16 had a great stay in this home. Perfect location for walking to Y Camp & RMNP. Enjoyed the coffee shop across the street. We were met by the host who left a basket of goodies enjoyed by all. House was well equipped for all our needs.

Perfect property for our multi-generational family. Everyone had room to spread out and the home was so well equipped. The location is excellent with good hiking from the door. Great communication from the hosts. Coffee shop across the street is added bonus!

We travelled in for a wedding and the groom’s family stayed here. The space was great for a variety of ages in the family from a newborn, multiple toddlers, 2 teens, to the adults. The river was calming and beautiful and located perfectly outside of town where it was not too far but not too close either. The host was very communicative from booking to checkout. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a absolute blast here. The kids had so much fun. We had days where they just wanted to stay and play at the house. We will definitely return and this will be our place. The basket of treats and cookies was amazing and we felt very welcome.

Very impressed with our stay at this location. Beyond everything being clean and orderly upon arrival, the host also provided extra goodies for my whole party. They were very flexible, adjusted to our schedule, and answered all our questions within a quick timeline. I would 100% stay here again!

This house was just perfect for our family weekend getaway! It was clean, well stocked, and had tons of games, puzzles and activities for us to use.

We booked this as a relaxing work retreat/team building weekend. It was perfect! The location is just fabulous with the river literally right off the back deck. We enjoyed the walking trails and the great coffee shop/bakery across the street. The house was lovely and gave each family their own space but the living room and game room were such great communal areas! Will likely stay there again!

Great location!

We gathered to share the union of our children in holy matrimony. There were little people and big people. And plenty to do for everyone! A beautiful home with such a warm and cozy atmosphere in the Colorado Rockies.

The cabin was spacious with everything we could want and more! The owners were very nice and helpful! The kids, teenagers, and adults all loved it!

The property was very nice and easy to get to. The bedrooms were perfect size. The view from the deck is beautiful. The only issues we ran into were the picnic table broke and a family member fell from it. Upon further inspection, the table was separating on all of the seats already and was not stable. The latch on the gate was also broken. Over all it is a beautiful home with Many amenities and a beautiful view. A little bakery is right across the creek and is yummy! We would highly recommend this home

Highlights- the river, the location, room to spread out, close to groceries and town, and my favorite video game of all time! Would definitely stay again!

We had a family reunion with ages ranging from 2 months to 75. The deck and patio were ideal for family photos. The game room was a hit with our grandkids. Robyn was very responsive and easy to deal with. Location is in a quiet neighborhood with and nice little park for young ones. All around great stay

This house is perfect for a large group of people. It rained every afternoon during the trip so that was a perfect time for ping pong tournaments downstairs. The hosts truly go above and beyond to make your stay welcoming. The house was also spotless when we arrived. Rocky Mountain National Park is well within walking distance for hikes. Also, a free Estes Park shuttle stops very close to the house so you don’t have to drive into town and search for parking. The river is right beside the house, giving you a beautiful view. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to stay again.

We loved staying at the Koenig Lodge in Aspen Brook. It is right on the river and has easy access into Rocky Mountain National Park. The house had lots of room for our 3 generations of Family. The older kids especially enjoyed the bunk room and the game areas. We definitely recommend this excellent home!

This huge, beautiful house was perfect for our family of 15. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the upper balcony over the roaring river below. It is located close to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain NP. We went hiking 3 days in a row. So many wonderful memories were created during our stay here. We highly recommend to other families.
