Stayed Oct 12, 2025We had a wonderful stay! The townhouse is close to town, but not right in the middle of the noise and crowds. It had everything you needed! Fridge made ice and had filtered water which is kinda unheard of in rentals from my experience. Hot tubs were clean. Owner was easy to reach and super helpful. River in the back of the property was a nice perk. Kids went fishing while we watch from the balcony. They didn’t catch anything, but had fun trying! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 5, 2024The property is so close to downtown Helen, it is super convient. The rooms are spacious and clean, and really allow for family time. We grilled out and had an absolute blast. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024Host was readily available for communication. House was exactly what was posted, very clean, and comfortable. We were two families with a 13, 16, & 19 year old. House was well stocked and amenities were perfect for our stay. Location was quiet, but close to Helen and surrounding areas. Would book here again!

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The place is super fantastic, great location, amenities and very well laid out. Close to the action of Helen yet a bit secluded and on the river. Plenty of towels and space, the three levels of balconies are so nice and the hot tubs are a very nice plus…a must really! We have stayed in this place twice before and loved it, so we’re back! Third time was great. The new owners are superb, very engaging and welcoming!
