Stayed Dec 23, 2022We stayed at Lynn's place for 4 nights while visiting family in Glenwood Springs for the holidays. Her place was excellent for our family of 4 with plent of space and beds for all. It's close to town, but far enough away to get away from the traffic. Well stocked and very clean. Would definitely stay again if we return.

Stayed Aug 16, 2022The pics don't do this place justice! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was fantastic, and the balcony was oh so lovely. The beds were comfortable, and there was room in the common areas for all 5 of us to relax. It was very close to everything you might need, and then some.

Stayed Aug 6, 2022I stayed with my family for 5 nights, there were six of us and we had plenty of room. The condo was well equipped with cleaning supplies, towels, etc.... The location was perfect, close to town, hiking, rafting. The view of the mountains and sound of the river from the front deck were amazing. I am pretty picky and I have no complaints at all.

Stayed Apr 22, 2022My family loved the condo and the owner was one of the best i've had in being communicative for a couple items we needed clarified. It was also way more spacious than i thought from the pictures and it had everything we could want for a weekend away from home. The proximity to the river path was great for a runner like me and my son enjoyed endless hours of board games and ping pong. It is a great place also to sit on the patio to enjoy the view and listen to the water roaring by.
