Stayed Dec 31, 1969The complex is gated and quiet. It has a nice view of the mountains. We had a few things that made our stay disappointing. The first was no deck chairs. We had to borrow some from the neighbours. The second issue was dirty dishes. We rewashed by hand most of the dishes and then had to clean out a very dirty dishwasher. It was plugged with old food particles and the screen was very slimy. All the windows are very dirty inside and out with grime and spider webs. The exterior of the building is very dirty as well. The BBQ was filthy, we had to scrape between the grates to remove lots of old cooked grease and grime. A number of smaller annoyances were no facecloths or hand towels in the bathrooms, no garbage can under the sink for the garbage bags, one house key for two groups, garage key as a spare didn’t work and no gate key to go for a walk outside the complex. After consulting with other renters in the area, this property is priced too high.
