3 Bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home. Great neighborhood and neighbors look out for one another. Very clean and very cozy with all the right amenities to make your stay enjoyable. Open floor plan for the kitchen, living room area. Master bedroom has a California King bed with a private bathroom. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds. Beautifully decorations make this home feel very spacious and relaxing.
Winter months require a 4 month minimum.

Stayed Aug 1, 2024Normally stay in the same neighborhood, tried this house to change it up a bit. Host was great and communicative. Only issues were compiled in one night... no water due to coty maintenance for a few hours and internet went out for the same ammount of time. It was not the hosts fault but i wish they woulf habr offered some type of compensation. Instead i requested a late check out and they still charged me the fee. Otherwise great stay.

Stayed Feb 6, 2024Me and my family booked a getaway stay at this wonderful home nice and quiet neighborhood within short distances to Laughlin and the river. We enjoyed all of it. The beds were nice and comfy. Lots of space you can’t ask for anything else we enjoyed ourselves.
