Off Roading and boaters paradise with pull through driveway and gated parking!

The owner was very communicative, the house was very clean. Just a bit dated.

It was a very welcoming home good location good neighborhood, there was some miss communication with family that left later and some trash was left problem got taken care of and our apologies.

Great location. You are not stacked on your neighbors since the place sits on a 1 acre lot so you can relax in peace. All the neighbors are friendly and good people. There is a ton of area to park trailers, boats, off-road vehicles, cars, etc. The place is located in Mohave Valley which is literally a mile or so from Mohave City, which blends into Bullhead City We also did day trips to Kingman, Lake Havasu, Oatman, Lake Mohave. You can jet ski/boat, off-road, golf, gamble, hit the bars/casinos, there is plenty to do. The entire area has a throwback feel which is refreshing.

We had a wonderful stay here!! Clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, and cozy! A perfect jumping off point for exploring the surrounding area. Beautiful sunsets while relaxing on the front porch were our favorite. Can’t wait to get stay again!

What a great rental for the weekend. Lots of room in the driveway for my boat and trailer with a secure property line fence. Close to the Jack Smith and Pirate Cove marinas. The house was great, very clean and nice with a large front patio and smaller private back patio with BBQ. Nice quite neighborhood with trails into the hills just down the street. So fun. Perfect location, thank you again. We plan to come back.

Great stay at this home, great photos of the listing and representation of it was spot on. Lots of room with nice clean furnishings and everything you need to cook and get comfortable after a day out exploring and river cruising. Location is great, Jack Smith just a stone throw away to launch the boat. Laughlin just up the 95 and beaches on the river basically right across 95 on Indian land if you go get day passes that are only 5 bucks. Will be back to explore the desert right behind the neighborhood that you can go in any direction including Oatman and even Topock or Havasu if you get ambitious. Property has plenty of room for boat parking and RVs if you ask owner amd you can lock the front gates for security if that's important. Overall great property and the owners are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Coming back soon!!! Thank you.
