Stayed Apr 23, 2026Our stay at Riverside Lodge was absolutely perfect!! Stunning views of the river greeted us the moment we walked through the front door. We have stayed in EP many, many times, and this was by far the most enjoyable place yet! We watched elk and deer along the path and river each day. One day we even saw a coyote! Riverside Lodge was so clean and comfortable! Hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Location to RMNP entrance close by. We cannot wait to return!!!

Stayed Apr 5, 2026The perfect place to be when you are not in RMNP! Very clean throughout the home. The kitchen is well appointed is the home is quiet and restful. We were able to walk to the store, several restaurants, even downtown if you wish!

Stayed Sep 21, 2025This place is amazing! The house was very clean and was stocked with everything you could think of. The views are unbelievable and the walking trail is so nice. We had an elk come up to the backyard within 15 minutes of being there and saw plenty of wildlife throughout our stay. Sue was great to work with. It was very obvious that she wanted us to enjoy her home and to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back!

The main attraction is the creek outside that we spent most of our time, The beds were comfortable, and the property was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025This house was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. I've never stayed at a house that was so well stocked. Towels, paper goods, washer/dishwasher soap, etc was plentiful. There were even box fans in the closets if needed! The kitchen had everything I needed. The view of the river was amazing. We didn't want to go back home!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025This is a wonderful house. Lots of space, super clean, cozy yet spacious. Backs onto a river/creek where elk stroll by on a regular basis. It feels secluded and magical, but is only a 5 minute drive to RMNP and to downtown Estes Park. And there is a charming coffee shop that you can walk to that is on a little lake where you can feed ducks. We were so sad to leave!
