River Front Property

This place is beautiful. We stayed for a week to enjoy spring break and to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. We were in heaven being able to fish from the dock 24/7! I loved the chairs in our room where I enjoyed my morning coffee or watched them fish when I chose to relax. You’ll want for nothing here. Every last pot, pan, utensil, glass, toaster, coffee maker (both looked new), blow dryer, tons of extra blankets, a card table and chairs, fans in every room (we brought our 2 not knowing), flashlights galore, the list is endless! It’s conveniently located close to restaurants we love and gas stations, yet it feels far from it all. Viterbo and UW-L are a hop, skip, and a jump away, as is downtown. We loved every second of our stay. We cannot wait to return! Can’t reschedule quick enough! Thank you for the awesome experience.

We will definitely stay here again next tine we are in Lacrosse. The river view is very serene and relaxing and the rental is in pristine condition.

This is a great location, great place to stay. The unit was clean with nice appointments and great views of the Black River. Good parking. Check in and out were easy, with clear instructions. I feel it should be communicated that this residence shares an interior wall with another residence, unless I missed it. Wasn't a problem for us.

Everything was great, no issues with anything. Would highly recommend this place to stay.

Kitchen had everything we needed, all rooms were very comfortable and cozy, the view was so relaxing and wonderful, we loved the view and the 2 chairs in the main bedroom the most. Very quiet and nice. Big tv in the living room and fun 3 season back room for river viewing. Clean place with a responsive host.

The view and accessibility are the main reasons we stay. The host is very considerate as to privacy but still very accessible if something is needed.

We had a great stay. The amenities were exactly as described, and there were plenty of towels provided. We loved how close the property was to the water. It was so nice to spend time on the dock and be able to fish right there.

The views were amazing, It was perferct for what we needed it for, everything was available that we needed.

Great location

The view was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. This was my first VRBO rental. Everything went smooth as silk. The next time I visit LaCrosse this will be the first place I check on, hopefully this fall, winter and next spring. Thanks so much for sharing your home. Dawn

Clean, cozy & comfortable. Love sitting on the 3 season porch and just relaxing.

Stayed with friends from MN and IA, the property exceeded expectations and I would go back in a heartbeat.

Will book again if available. We absolutely enjoyed every moment. Only missing ladder on dock but was able to use boat ladder.

Location was perfect! Patio was exceptional and had all the amenities we could ever need. Host had info for activities to do in the area. Location was close to the boat ramps. Would love to stay again!

This is a 5 star house with an amazing view of the river. This is my second time staying at the river house. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and has a great deck overlooking the water. Our host was friendly and available. I plan on staying here the next time I visit La Crosse.

Booked in November for May 2025 UW-L College graduation. It was perfect! I booked this as it was close to ceremony location, it allowed us to gather for a meal after the ceremony and visit, had 3 rooms ( becuz in Nov who knows who is really coming or not ), water view and price. It is an older place but they have updated lots, neighborhood is wonderful, views were great! Very quiet, we slept great! Will stay again! Highly recommended! Kelly Weiler, Medford WI

We stayed at a wonderful Vrbo right on the river. It was a beautiful 3 bedroom flat with a 4 season room and a large deck. It had a stairway down to a fishing pier. We got there and it was 80 degrees. Beautiful fishing weather. We caught some walleye and perch. The next day the weather was horrrible. We couldn’t fish much but enjoyed the rental immensely. It is great for fishing, relaxing and so much more!!

Everything needed ty

We loved staying at this rental! It was very clean and cozy and had a great view of the river. Close to downtown LaCrosse but just far enough from the noise and foot traffic. Ben was kind and accommodating and always quickly responded to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

If you’re looking for a relaxing place, that is clean, a great fishing spot, quiet, but still close to everything, this is the place for you! Owner was very nice and the home was just as explained, very clean and comfortable.

We came to unwind and relax and this home is perfect for that. Large windows overlook the water. Eagle watching and fireworks were the highlights. The neighbors were so quiet we didn't even know they were there. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets on hand. We didn't use the kitchen much, so not sure how well stocked it is. Very clean.This was our third stay and I've already booked the next.

We were in La crosse visiting family. The house was wonderful. It had everything we needed and was warm, clean and comfortable. It was a perfect Thanksgiving stay.

This property was perfect for my family. Large open rooms with large windows. My kids enjoyed the rotary phone that actually worked. They had never seen one before. Overall, our experience was great. We will definitely come back when we come back to this area. The host was very prompt with their reply to our questions. Highly recommend this property

Stayed here to throw a party for our kids at the Alpine. Hosts were accommodating and fishing was great. Highly recommend and we’d definitely stay again.

Clean, nice layout. Short distance to attractions like Parks dining etc. Favorite was spending time on the deck overlooking the river.

My old friends and I got together after a very long time- we had an absolutely wonderful time in this very cute little place on the water! We enjoy a lot of time on the deck! So much fun and oh so clean!

This is our third stay at this property. It is a great river house-- nothing fancy, but everything we need in a prefect location. We love fishing off the dock and relaxing on the deck. The house had some nice updates since our last stay (flooting, paint). Our only complaint is that the neighbors (shared wall) were very noisey until late in the evening.

This was a perfect place to stay! It is right on the water, close to downtown and has a great deck for hanging out! Will definitely be back!

This place was really nice for our girls' getaway. Many things to do and places to go. The place was in a perfect location for all the things we wanted to do and see. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved the deck and sun porch. Spent most of our time in those two places. Would stay again if in LaCrosse.

We had a wonderful time and couldn’t ask for more in a property. One of us has physical limitations and the bathroom was very accessible as well as most of the property. Highly recommended beautiful river views!!
