River Front! In heart of Ithaca!

If i could give this 6 stars I would. We cane for Special Olympics games NY and the house made the weekend fantastic!! Would recommend to anyone coming to Ithaca

Communication was great from before I even booked it. I had a few questions about the property and they were quickly answered. Prior to checking in, the hosts sent an email with very detailed instructions. On the day of arrival, I received another message asking if we needed anything (we did not as the place was very well-appointed with dishes, etc.)We rented the entire house so had access to all four bedrooms which were large enough for our entire party (5 adults and one kid).I did not think the hot tub would get used but it actually did and it was clean, hot, and everything worked as it should. It turned out to be a really nice thing to have. My daughters sat in it for probably an hour on our last night just chatting with each other and that created a really nice memory for me (they are 7 years apart and don’t always get that bonding time time but a hot tub just makes things happen).Parking across the street was not an issue at all for our two vehicles. The location was very convenient to Cornell and downtown Ithaca/Collegetown.I would highly recommend.

The house and location was ideal for my group. We were a group of college friends having a reunion and we enjoyed the house, the large kitchen as well as the hot tub.

Very comfortable home and we cooked two great dinners here! The host communicates well and we would stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time - the host was really communicative whenever we needed them, and the house was exactly what we needed as a home base for a large group.

Location was excellent for access to many of the area’s natural wonders including Ithaca falls and Watkins Glenn. The riverfront property was very close to downtown Ithaca, making runs in for dinner a breeze. A bit of a hike, but we walked to the wegmans supermarket across the river. So shopping was convenient too!House was clean and everything was functional. Diane was very prompt in answering any questions. Riverfront property was nice: waking up to see crew boats from the local college practicing.

The house was freshly cleaned when I arrived. Kitchen had all the tools we needed and the flow of the home was well suited for a group of 8. The beds were very comfortable. Although it wasn't needed for my stay, there are window units for AC and baseboard heaters for the house. The guys all got in the hot tub and had a great time. Parking is across the street. It is ample but may take you a few trips to get everything inside. The hosts were extremely accommodating and we had a wonderful stay!

Great house located on the bike trail and river. It was fun watching the teams practice especially the dragon boat teams. Was walking distance to restaurants and bars with easy cross walks. Close to the state parks and wineries.

The house was perfect for our extended family of 7. The living room furniture was very comfortable and a great place for us to all relax after a busy day. The kitchen was well stocked and included essentials like coffee, sugar, garbage bags and paper towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were also provided, which was a plus. The location was incredibly convenient. Near Cornell, restaurants, and state parks. Hot tub was a bonus for the kids!

Property had good parking for several cars, easy to use pin pad for coming and going, and had great kitchen, living, and outdoor spaces to gather a large group that the property can accommodate. Host was clear, attentive, and responsive. Would book again if back.

We stayed at this property for a reunion with our Canadian family members. The house had erythi everything we needed and was lovely. Although it rained and was cold most of the weekend, we were able to use the backyard firepit in between rain drops. We had a wonderful time.

House was nice and clean, Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great for our Easter brunch. Perfect for the seven of us.

This place was perfect, it was a group of moms with our teenage boys, staying for a swim meet at IC. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and so helpful. I loved the location and house!

We came here for my best friend's bachelorette weekend. Loved the place, very clean and a good space for large groups. Honestly, loved the water pressure. We ended up locking ourselves out by accident and Erik was quick to figure out how to get us back in which was so appreciated since we were in a bit of hurry at the time.

We stayed here for two nights over a September weekend. Lovely stay! There was plenty of parking across the street on some overlooks near the river. The check-in process was easy, and the home was well appointed. Beds and linens were comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hosts communicated with us in a timely manner. They also shared lots of suggestions on the local restaurants and wineries. We enjoyed having separate work areas with views of the water. The hot tub was a nice addition. Note: Parking was across the street.. the local traffic was busy during the week.
