Stayed May 22, 2025The house is well kept and in good shape. The only complaint we had is that the ac didn’t adequately cool the upstairs where all of the bedrooms are. The master specifically is served by one vent for a relatively large room. It’s hot in port a in the summer, but it’s only may. Would think that #22 would be miserable in July or August.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024This is a very clean and spacious rental! Pool was very close and very cool considering how hot it was! Very refreshing! Bonus was the shaded picnic table for us to sit and have a snack and even more convenient was the pool restroom! All in all, I highly recommend and would definitely return.

Stayed May 25, 2024We had a wonderful time. We had an issue with a smoke detector that was constantly going off, property manager sent someone to resolve it immediately. The only reason for the 4 stars on the cleanliness was that the floors were still dirty; dental floss left on the bathroom floor. We did sweep the floors ourselves, no big deal. We have already discussed using this property again in the future.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of positives: Port a escapes is a great rental company. They provided starter packs in kitchen and in restrooms. The house and restrooms were very clean. The refrigerator is big and has an ice maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans. There was even a charcoal grill available in front patio. Village Walk is a great place to stay and is conveniently located a few miles to beach and not far from Port Aransas restaurants. A/C works great, house stays cold. There are plenty of spaces available for parking. The cable and wifi work great. A few minor notes: The furniture is a little outdated and the house is grey, not pink. I would highly recommend this beach house.
