Rhonwil : Pet-Friendly 3‑Bed Bungalow with Sunroom in Rhosneigr | Managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettin

Another lovely week at Rhonwil. Unfortunately the property is marketed with use of a garage and we didn’t have access to to that this year for our windsurf gear and also there were a few maintenance issues that we had to get fixed. However these did not detract from another weeks fabulous stay. Such a great property, well kitted out and ideal for the beach and the other amenities Rhosneigr has to offer. Already booked for next year.

Our 3rd visit to this property. I booked it again because it has worked for us, location is great and space is lovely. Our older dog is almost blind now and the short walk to the beach suits his old joints as well. The problems previously highlighted are still there. It doesn’t get thoroughly cleaned, shower trap so jammed up with filth it almost flooded the room this time. Stank awful and looked like it had never been cleaned. Same muck seen in other areas from last visit. It feels like it needs a thorough refurb, old fashioned decorations and shabby wardrobes. I do not contact guest services unless things are urgent just highlight them to be dealt with for the next guests. Again, the dogs. They are reactive and don’t welcome visitors without anything else. We’re on holiday and just need things right. This is an expensive property and should be pristine. I pay extra for the dogs to then come in and find it less than clean. Towels and bedding are always lovely and it smells fresh on arrival. I have again weeded the garden, but not the nettles! My dogs love to feed on the salad bar. Garden furniture is not too good now and although not needed, no access to the garage as stated in the information pack. Lovely to see new blinds though and no leaking roof this time to clean up in the conservatory. Please spend some money on this tired looking property

We’ve stayed in several different properties with Anglesey holiday lettings but I think Rhonwil is our favourite. Whilst it may not be the most modern, it is extremely homely and comfortable. The photos on the website don’t really do it justice and both the sofas in the lounge and conservatory are new. The bungalow is so spacious, extremely well equipped and was immaculate. We would return without hesitation.

This was our third stay at Rhonwil. The sofas in the lounge and conservatory are comfortable, and the bungalow was clean and tidy. The enclosed garden is great, and it's good to see that the garden furniture has been renewed. The WiFi was excellent. However, the property is now looking a bit tired and outdated. The bedroom wardrobes still have a damp, musty smell, so we didn't hang our clothes in them. The chains are broken on all the vertical blinds, and the conservatory blinds need replacing as they don't close properly and are mouldy in parts. Lovely bungalow, ideally situated near the centre of down and a few minutes walk from the beach. Great to have no stairs for the older members of our party. We have stayed here before and loved it - lovely big lounge and dining area so very sociable. The property is a little dated in places, but is very comfortable and warm. Would highly recommend.

Very comfortable spacious cottage, excellent location. Short distance to the beach. Plenty of places to eat.

This was our second stay at Rhonwil. It's clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's perfectly located, just minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday there and shall return.

The house had everything we wanted on terms of facilities and location, the only downside was that the smooth bathroom floor tiles can be very slippery when wet, which was a concern for my elderly parents.

This was our first stay here and have booked to come back again next year! All in all a great house especially for a doggy family. The house is very spacious and really met all our needs as well as being very comfortable. There were only 2 areas where we had any problems. One was the WiFi which wasn’t great. We understood this to be a general problem in Rhosneigr but we appreciated the speedy response to our request for it to be looked at and some adjustments were made. Would have also been useful to have had more hanging space for towels in bathroom and backs of doors.

This was our second stay at Rhonwil, and we're pleased to have already booked our third visit for November. The property is comfortable and spacious with an excellent location for both the beach and Rhosneigr centre. We particularly appreciated the comfortable sofas and beds throughout the property. There is an enclosed garden providing a safe space for both dogs and children to play freely. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a couple of small improvements would enhance the experience: Although a gardener regularly cuts the grass, the garden would benefit from weeding. There are nettles and brambles that could pose a problem for children playing outside. The property could use a new frying pan and an additional oven tray to better accommodate guests' cooking needs. Despite these minor points, we've had consistently positive experiences at Rhonwil, which is why we keep returning. The combination of comfort, space, and location makes it an excellent choice for stays in Rhosneigr.

Good accommodation in convenient central location....it was a joy to be able to walk to the beach each morning for a walk and leave the car....the downside is that there is street and people noise as property is next to the main road but it's a small price to pay The property is clean and comfortable if a little tired.....very well stocked with everything you need Garden is secure and private...brilliant for our 2 mini dachshunds Finally we were blessed with glorious weather A very relaxing week....can recommend

We found Rhonwil to be a great property to stay in - excellent location, spacious, very well-equipped, plenty of hot water, comfortable beds, and a lovely garden.

Fab house, second stay, very comfortable, couldn’t ask for more except a fireguard for the fire. If anyone fell on that your hand would stick to the glass.

We really enjoyed our week at Rhonwil. The bungalow is on a quiet cul-de-sac. It is in a great location, close to both the centre of the village and the beach. The property had everything we needed. Private garden which was great for our dogs. Lovely towels and bed linen. Beds and sofas are comfy. My elderly mum has mobility problems and the property was perfect. The only negative is that the wardrobes, particularly the rear bedroom, had a slight damp smell, but it is evident that the owner is trying to improve this. I recommend Rhonwil. I will definitely book any future holidays with Anglesey Holiday Lettings. I think the online property information guide is excellent. Much better than having to read through a book at the property.

Spotlessly clean and very well equipped home from home. Very comfortable sofas and beds and plenty of room for 2 couples and 3 dogs. Great secure outside space and ample parking. The best thing about the property is its proximity to the beaches - 3 and 5 min walk just round the corner or down the road. A perfect base to explore everything Anglesey has to offer.
