Resting in treetop, two golf carts close to island amenities

Spacious inside and outside spaces. Very well equipped. Responsive host and management company.

My family had a great time at the house during our Bald Head vacation. It was centrally located and a great home base for our trip. Everything worked well and was clean. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

Peaceful place with a good location.

My family and I decided we needed a quick getaway for a weekend and booked this beautiful home! Everything was beautiful, it was spacious, and we LOVED the patio and balcony area!!!!!! If I had to pick a problem it was that there was no bathtub to wash my almost 2 year old child. Was it detrimental?! Absolutely not. My child had their very first shower and fell in love with the water splashing their face!!! ???? we would definitely book this house again!!!!

We greatly enjoyed our time at Bay Breeze. We’ve been to Bald Head many times and this was the best living experience we’ve had. The sitting room was very spacious with plenty of room for all five adults. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, beach equipment was great, and the grill was fantastic. And we absolutely loved the surrounding live oaks - they’re beautiful and they’re everywhere. We will definitely consider returning.

Great open space - beautiful windows. Loved how the bedroom areas were separate and second floor laundry. Screened in porch with hammock was a popular spot. Great to have a 6 person cart and 4 person cart. Bikes were nice and kitchen was fully equipped. Noticed several electrical problems - flashing outside light, smashed outside light, light over table was missing a screw, outlet pushed in, light switch taped over.

The air conditioning on the upstairs bedrooms was DESPICABLE! It was very unpleasant sleeping at night. Way too hot. Even when we would adjust the thermostat, it constantly was reading 80 degrees!! A bit warm wouldn't you say? Also the toilet seat in the master bath needs to be fixed. And the garbage collectors told me that they cannot take the garbage because the one large golf cart is always in the way and they can't get to the location where the cans are located. Better come up with a better plan!! And finally it is ridiculous to charge someobe who has rented an entire house for a week a fee of $120 per person to get a 2-day pass to the golf course club pool!! And $125 per person to go on the conservancy tour and then to be told only 2 people can go!!! RIDICULOUS!! There is too much nickel and diming of your visitors!!! The best thing we did was go up in Old Baldy! You might want to rethink what you charge renters, when they are there for a week. The beach was the highlight of our visit.

Located central to the island, 2 Red Bay was convenient in location and the layout was conducive to the five adults staying. With a very large central living room/kitchen/dining area, we had a space where all could come together without feeling crowded. Having two golf carts with the rental allowed for us to go off in smaller groups. Having one of the carts as a six seater, allowed us to travel as a group.
