Stayed Aug 13, 2024The property and the location were absolutely beautiful. The only issue was that the air conditioning didn’t work properly to cool the home until mid way through our 4 day/3 night stay. The property team answered each call and came over each day to try and resolve which I did appreciate BUT I shouldn’t have had to deal with an AC unit issue during this not so cheap stay. I also was not able to take advantage of the golf cart issued to the home because the keys weren’t in the place mentioned in the video but we were close enough to the beach that we just trekked it on foot. Luckily I was more focused on finalizing my daughter’s wedding details to be in a grumpy mood but I also would hope that I would see some of their appreciation of my good spirits reflected in a compensation back for the discomfort. With that said. I would still go back and I would fully recommend because everyone did try to help and again such a beautiful location how can one not smile.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at Tarpon Terrace! The home is gorgeous. Comfortable linens and plenty of them. Well appointed kitchen and great appliances. Outdoor shower was super fun for the kiddos. Sunflower has a great pool and little restaurant. We will be back for sure.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The home was beautiful. Office staff was polite, however the on call service wasn't working when we arrived and had some difficulty locating the building. Lots of construction still going on. The pictures on the website made it look like the pool was next to the house and the boardwalk was very close.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Home was fantastic! It was clean with good appliances and great location. The concierge beach chairs had some snafus but nothing related to home itself. This place was very nice

Stayed Jul 1, 2022Our house was amazing. It was the nicest house we've stayed in at Port Aransas. The layout was awesome and we were not without anything. We also loved the resort because it was not over populated, like at Cinnamon Shores. The pool was outstanding. Very Large and beautiful. We had the best time ever.
