The island is surrounded by 6 stools which make for the perfect breakfast bar in the morning or for catching up with family and friends as people work inthe kitchen throughout the day/evening. The kitchen is completely open to a wonderful dining space, as well as a gorgeous living room which features reclining leather sofa and matching reclining armchairs where you can relax while maintaining conversations with family and friends in the kitchen, dining area or relaxing by the bar. The great room features breathtaking views of the pond and fountain which runs day/night providing a constant state of calm. Lounge by the fire pit on the back patio while taking in the sunset over the pond and fountain and be transported to a new state of relaxation. There is a private main floor master bedroom with a beautiful king bed and oversized walk-in closet - perfect for clothing or a nursery for small children that need to stay close to parents. The master bath features a double granite vanity separated by a door from the oversized walk-in shower and toilet. 3 additional bedrooms are upstairs including a second floor master with matching queen and twin beds, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom has another matching queen and twin bed, while the 4th bedroom features two double beds and a twin which stores underneath one of the double beds when not in use. The 4th bedroom also includes ample space for a play area as well as a walk-in closet. The hall bathroom on the 2nd floor features a double vanity separated by a door from the walk-in shower and toilet providing ample privacy for guests when needed. The 2nd floor features another oversized living space with TV and reclining leather sectional sofa adjacent to a large 2nd floor deck with an outdoor sofa and stunning sunset views over the pond and fountain. Both TVs feature a Roku with guest mode which allows for free live streaming television including live tv as well as easy login access to all of your own streaming services. Simply enter your check out date and Roku guest mode handles logging you out the day of your checkout automatically. Streaming on vacation has never been so easy. The home also features two HVAC systems to ensure the perfect temperature on each floor, as well as a tankless water heater to ensure you never run out of hot water. There is a 7-night minimum stay and HOA fee of $150 + $50 per person ages 5 and older to access the amenities.
