Stayed Sep 12, 2024Beautiful location and property. Stairs to second floor treacherous and NOT for anyone slightly mobility challenged. Water was very cool even after host had boiler technician service. Hard to believe since the property has water radiator heat the water was that cool. No toaster which meant we used the oven on broiler for toast. Not very energy efficient for that purpose. 3rd floor residents very noisy and not well insulated for sound. Overall good stay. Location to day trip surrounding towns gave this a 4 rating.

Stayed Oct 4, 2019Nice clean and comfortable apartment in the country with a lot of places close by. Great location for traveling to a variety of historic towns. The apartment has most everything you could need but after staying in Florence it was so great to have some quiet nights. Would definitely stay there again!
