Beatrice - Charming accommodation in period farmhouse near Montepulciano

Lovely location with many amenities nearby (spa, groceries, wineries, sightseeing). In the Beatrice apt rooms were on the second floor so large and heavy suitcases could be a challenge. We stayed in Oct so the evenings were cool and there was a pellet stove for heat. Unfortunately we were informed that the cost of heat was our responsibility and this was not mentioned in the listing.

Host was easy to contact and we had everything we needed. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side, but we still had a great time nonetheless!

Our stay was lovely. The villa was exceptionally clean, communication with the property owner was always answered quickly and the the location and grounds were stunning. Great location to town and restaurants. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The quintessential Tuscan farmhouse! Very spacious with incredible views! Close to many wineries and Montepulciano.

We were so fortunate to stay at this beautiful country home overlooking vineyards and farmland below. The home is impeccable, filled with antiques, dressed with lovely linens, and exudes a sense of history, love and care of this charming place. It was a short 10 minute drive to the town of Montepulciano and convenient to the main roads. Communication with the owners and their friend who was available to answer our questions ( in perfect English), was always prompt. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with very nice linens, the bathrooms updated and the cheery kitchen is extremely well stacked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The only drawback is that there are many steps in the 3-story home (as with all historic places), so it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. My husband said if this property ever was put up for sale, he would buy it! We hope to return again for a longer stay.

If you’re looking for a true Tuscan experience this place is for you Short drive to town. Plenty of things in between Host was extremely responsive to any requests. Excellent experience!

The property is exactly what you hope for in a Tuscan property. Wonderful amenities such as pool and outdoor eating and lounging. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband, adult daughter & sister-in-law had a wonderful time at this villa. We had a water issue one morning & it was fixed within the hour. Very impressed. Thank you Irene!

The property was exactly as we expected, almost better, so quiet and yet close to Montepulciano and other small towns. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & the communication was excellent. They communicated with us, and met us at the property within 5 minutes of our arrival & answered all of our questions. Highly recommend.
