Recently redecorated, this Sea Cabin villa is quaint and cozy, but also offers every feature that you might need! Utilize the private balcony to soak up the beautiful ocean views, walk down to take a dip in the community pool, or take advantage of the private fishing pier. This family-friendly getaway also offers great and direct beach access for the beachgoers of the group and shared grills–don't hesitate to channel yourgrilling master and surprise your group with deliciously grilled meals.



You’re located in the heart of the Isle of Palms shopping and dining district when staying in the Sea Cabin Villas. Walk to food, drinks, shops, live music venues, and of course – the beach! The Isle of Palms County Park is right next to your vacation rental and there you will find a convenient picnic area, boardwalks, sand volleyball, children's play area, snack bar, and plenty of other facilities to truly enjoy the beach area. If you're looking for live entertainment, make sure to visit the Crabpot Players or A Charleston Harpist, which are less than one mile away and two miles away respectively. Hop in the car and drive only 13 miles to experience the history and rich culture of downtown Charleston.



At the end of the day, get comfortable on the new sofa and recliner, and rinse off under a warm stream of water in the brand-new walk-in shower.

    The ad called it stunning - it was not. It was extremely outdated, had only a full size bed when it was advertised to have a Queen bed, had tiny bunks with styrofoam mattresses (my husband had to sleep there since we can't sleep in only a full size bed together), and the tv had no cable connection. We loved the location, but would never stay there again.

    Loved the room. Property was clean. We only had one problem - the television did not work. I sent a text to 843-882-5517, per the instructions but never heard back from anyone. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it may be for someone else, so you may want to go check it out.

    Can't beat location to beaches,pool and restaurants, you can access Harris Teeter by foot as well. The twin bunk beds are tiny and rather uncomfortable, we didn't use them. Good accommodations for a week.

    The toilet and fridge didn’t work the first two days at the property. It wasn’t clean at all when we arrived so we spent the first day cleaning. I was back and forth via text with a Vasca team member who assured my management would be in contact with me it never happened. We asked for the air filter on the furnace to be changed because we were waking up with breathing issue and it was filthy, that also never happened. The condo is outdated which we don’t mind but the toilet and fixtures in the bathtub need to be changed badly. The location to the beach, and pool were great however I wouldn’t stay at this property again, which is sad because this was my kids first time at the beach.

    We had the best week on IOP! This condo is the perfect beach front location. Pool was chilly but the kids loved it. The condo was the perfect size for our family with small kids. The unit itself could use some cosmetic updates. And maybe a mattress pad for the pull out couch.
