Renovated oceanfront home with stunning view & pebbly beach - snowbird-friendly

This house is so so special. The water right outback is so much fun, but the house itself just anticipated our every need - spacious kitchen, screened in deck where we sat and read one evening during a thunderstorm, the back deck where we ate most meals and the large comfy living room where we watched movies and played games. Easy distance from Camden/Rockport, super close to Rockford. We preferred this location to past stays down in Port Clyde bc it was so much easier to get in/out. Perfect for our family of 5 (kids 11, 9 and 5). I hope we’ll return!

House and location was great! Clean and well stocked..kids had a blast. Great viewsCamara in the back yard were wife and kids hung out and swam was odd..we turned it so whoever sitting at home couldnt stare at our family swimming/hanging out in yard..and when i was out tuna fishing i got several messages from vrbo saying owner was calling about camara being moved and he cant view yard,which i thought was extremely weird you kinda wonder if someone is sitting watching you and your family from another location..and we found out YES they are..other than that great stay! Get ride of the camara in the back yard!! Creepy for sure

Absolutely stunning sunset views from a fully updated home with everything you need! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay even with two adults sleeping in the “children’s room”. Comfortable bedding, clean and everything you would need in the kitchen. We drove to Rockland to Archer’s for lunch which was outstanding! Highly recommend this home and location!

Overall, the place was spectacular. the house was very clean when we checked in, tons of indoor lighting, good Wi-Fi, good heating when temperatures dropped to 40°. No AC, which we did not need in September. Would like to know how cool the place is during the summer. Showers are great, kitchen is fully equipped. We do wish there was a closet in the guest room. Prefer firmer mattresses, but I'm guessing most people would find them very comfortable. Fun to walk along the beach, just be mindful rocks can be very slippery. And the sunsets are truly amazing. Would love to come back.

Open air sounds of the ocean at sleep and awaking, views were amazing. private road in to a secluded piece of heaven on earth! We will definitely book again!

This is a beautiful home, exactly like the pictures. So clean and well appointed. It’s a bit off the beaten path but convenient enough to get out and about. Perfect for couples or a small family.

This house is exactly what we were hoping for on the second half of our trip to Maine! Super clean, very remote feeling while only being 10 minutes or so from town, with comfortable accommodations. The views outside were wonderful and offered the tranquility my wife and I were hoping for as a respite from our busy schedule. Highly recommend!!!

The home has been updated very nicely. Perfect for small family or couples trip. We loved the big open kitchen and the view was wonderful.

Location! Location! Location! Amazing sunsets! Beautifully appointed home…so comfortable! We spent the days exploring mid-coast Maine and the evenings back at our home base enjoying wine and watching the sunsets! So peaceful…so serene! Quintessential Maine at its finest!
