Renovated Home in Downtown Historic Franklin Close To Everything!

Awesome stay! Great location, clean home, nice beds!

Great stay. Glad I found it.

Everything was clean and we felt right at home. The host was spot on with communications and we found everything just as pictured. The kitchen was great with modern appliances and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes to host a large family. This met our needs perfectly and we couldn’t recommend it more.

Great house. Gave my entire family an idea of what living in Franklin would be like.

Great place! Beautiful kitchen! Loved the decor- was very warm and welcoming. Home very clean! Mattresses super high quality and comfortable. Very kind, thoughtful, and responsive host. Excellent location. Very close to downtown and in an excellent and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was our favorite room. We loved sitting at the island together. Also, We usually enjoy cooking rather than going out to eat- and this kitchen was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this home!

This Franklin home worked perfectly for our family holidays. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean, thoughtfully decorated and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Kim was kind, impressively responsive and a wonderful host. We highly recommend this home and plan to stay again next visit to the Nashville/Franklin area!

Wonderful communication with host. House was as described and cute as a button. Great location. Well appointed kitchen with great counterspace if you are cooking a meal. Very well stocked with plates and silverware and kitchen basics along with some spices and cooking oils. Nice extras like coffee and creamers. Extra pillows available. We had a great time on our short stay

Great home for families- plenty of room , with an extra loft area for kids. Lots of kitchen gadgets and space to cook. The backyard was good big. Only suggestion would be o provide shampoo and conditioner and soap as traveling with it is not the greatest!

Host was quick to provide check in information. House very clean and had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay in the house again. Location was perfect.

Our stay was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. House was clean, warm and welcoming from decor to amenities. So many extras and special touches right down to the apple cider hand soap! Kim, our host, was proactive and reached out with check in and check out instructions more than 24 hours in advance and was just a text away during our stay. We were in the area for a family wedding and the house was perfect to host an impromptu meal following the afternoon reception. Downtown Franklin was a short drive away and we enjoyed spending time in The Factory and other nearby sites.I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone heading to the area. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as advertised...clean, tidy and spacious! Easy walk into downtown and close to great hiking trails as well.Kim was super responsive to our questions and needs! Would highly recommend!

We had a great very comfortable stay at the property. The house was beautiful and well maintained and we had great communication with the host. Highly recommended!

The home is in a quiet neighborhood that backs up against a local park and recreation facility. Images on listing are accurate and current. Check in was very straightforward and easy with good communication from our host, Kim. Beds and A/C were perfectly comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Franklin is a great location with historic downtown and The Factory within 10mins for shopping and dining. Nashville is a 30min drive to the north and Leipers Fork 10mins to the west. We loved our stay, by the end it felt like we were locals!

We didn’t have much time to actually spend in the house except for sleeping. But Kim was very responsive to any requests we had and had things delivered to us within an hour if we needed something. Nice clean home and quiet neighborhood.

Proximity to downtown Franklin was great and was perfect for our getaway.

If you’re staying in the Franklin area, reserve this VRBO house!! The house is plenty spacious and super clean. The beds and bedding/linens and pillows are the most comfortable we’ve ever had in any VRBO we’ve stayed. The host is very nice and has an excellent response time to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

This house was such an amazing renovated home, close to down town Franklin.The owner Kimberly was awesome with her communication and always available. This will be my go to house when in the area.

We had a wonderful time on our trip! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do while giving us the privacy of not being right in downtown! Kim was friendly and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would stay again!

Truly the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The property owner was amazing at communicating and even offered to get us our favorite coffee creamer (and a roasting pan since we were there for Thanksgiving). The furnishings are top notch, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved every minute at the home.

Nice updated home . Close to everything . Great park nearby with walking paths and pond. The home location is ideal for Franklin area events . All rooms well remodeled and very clean . The house shows as a home not a rental.

My daughter was getting married and we all wanted to be together. This was a perfect location in adorable Franklin, Tn.

This property is lovely to stay in. Beds are comfortable and the house is very well appointed. The location is so close to downtown Franklin and only 45 min to downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend this property.

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Check-in was available early (which is always so kind to offer), location was perfect and the home easily accommodated our group of seven adults. Kim was readily available for any questions we had and even had games delivered from Walmart when I asked if there were any in the home. The location was great for walks because it’s right next to a large park with walking trails. Also, it only took us 5 minutes to drive downtown and eat/shop. This is a perfect Franklin destination spot!

We enjoyed the spacious well kept home. Would have liked to have enjoyed the backyard but it rained the whole time. Access to the garage was huge due to that reason!

One working shower for four women. The main bathroom was off master for all of us to use. The shower in the hallway didn't work. No stopper in that sink.
