I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay. There is plenty of space for three couples, each with their own bedrooms and bathrooms (plus a small bonus room upstairs). The living/dining/kitchen space is well appointed and spacious. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Stayed Aug 4, 2024The location here is great. Right where west and central p town meet, it's a couple minutes to Tea and a few more minutes to everything else. The property was clearly renovated sometime recently with a nice attention to detail. The management was responsive to a few minor issues we had. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again.

The management company communicated well and provided detailed instructions. We were very comfortable. The beds and furnishings were perfect. The property is located just a short walk from Commercial Street. We had a great week staying at this property and made our 4th of July truly memorable. We will come back and highly recommend it.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024The place is perfect for 7 people or less - we had 5. Great looking home inside and out, great art, comfortable rooms and very updated/clean bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you can need. Loved it!

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at this home, and we had another fantastic vacation. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to Commercial Street and all it offers, the town beach, and Liz's Cafe and Anyone's Bar and a short drive to the grocery store, and Herring Cove Beach. We love the layout of the home (and the artwork!). It is very comfortable and well-appointed. The property manager, Gordon, was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We will be back!
