Stayed Aug 10, 2025Nice home in a great location. A short walk to morning glory farms and island bike path. A quick bike ride to south beach or edgartown. The home was well laid out letting mom and dad sleep downstairs and the kids upstairs with their own common area. The house was clean and updated with a very nice kitchen. We had a great week staying here and would definitely come back.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Our family and friends had a wonderful vacation this past summer. The house was immaculate. They had a fully stocked kitchen as well as a beautiful farmhouse style dining room table which easily accomodated the 9 of us. Everything was in excellent working order. The additional plus was the availability of working bicycles as well as a kayak which we throughly enjoyed. The outdoor area was very peaceful. We had plenty of BBQ's and everything was a short drive from the house. We especially enjoyed the fresh breads and jam from the farm behind the house. We look forward to our next visit!! Would highly recommend this home for family gatherings.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We spent a week on Martha's Vineyard. The house fit our group of 7 people very comfortably. The house has enough room for everyone. The seating areas are great for large groups. The backyard is very private and it's nice to spend time on the deck after a day at the beach. Edgarstown was a very nice town with lots to do. House is close and covenient to the beach and shopping. I would recommend this house for a week on the Vineyard. The owners are very helpful should you have any questions about the area. Lots of places to see and lots of restaurants. Loved the chowda.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family spent a week in this house this past summer & shared it with another family (9 people total). The house was great - a lot of space for both adults & kids. The kids loved the basement with the ping pong & fooseball tables. There's a large rear deck with a barbecue - a great place to kick back & relax after a day at the beach. South beach & Edgartown are only a short drive away. A private tennis court is within walking distance of the house. We had a great week on the island & would definitely rent this house again when we head back to the Vineyard.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a real treat in a home away from home. Everything you would want or need was there. With two large living rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs so you could choose the one for you. We especially love the large outside deck with table and chairs for 12. We ate ALL our meals outside. Fantastic! The house was well equipped with chairs and umbrellas for the beach and lots of games for apres beach. You might not want to miss the glass blowing house for a treat or miniature golf for a few laughs. Lots of fun! Also sunset at Menemsha Beach is a special treat not to be missed. The house is immaculately kept and we hope to come back again and again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed the house immensely. It fit our family of 9 comfortably. The living areas are suitable for large families. The kitchen is very well-equipped and the dining room table can easily seat 10 people. There are also 2 living rooms - one downstairs and one upstairs. Best of all, the deck is great and has a large table for outdoor eating. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with a yard that's perfect for kids. It's about 3 miles to South Beach and about 2 miles to town. The only drawback that we found is that in order to access the bike path into town, you have to go on a relatively busy road for a bit. Overall, a great house and I definitely recommend it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I returned from a week long stay at this beautiful home. The home is perfectly maintained and is immaculately clean throughout. Our two children loved having the upstairs rooms and TV to themselves as well as the ping pong table and foosball table in the basement. My wife and I loved the bright and spacious main level of the house as well as the wonderful kitchen stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and not many cars travel by so it is perfect for bike riding and walking. Also the location of the home is perfect to explore all parts of the Island, including downtown Edgartown and South (Katama) Beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time in this very large and new Martha's Vineyard vacation home. The house was perfect. It fit my large family of seven great! It could have fit more! It's conveniently located to the towns and beaches. The house has 3 bathrooms, one's a half bath. The large kitchen was very well appointed with all the necessities to make our meals. The large eating area was accommodating for my size family easily and there is also a large treks deck off the kitchen with a huge patiotable and chairs and a brand new Weber Grill. One night we even had lobster but remember to bring some nut crackers if you plan on doing the same, however there is a large lobster pot there that fit seven 1 1/4 lb lobsters. The beaches were about a two mile or so drive and they were gorgeous! The water was crystal clear and warm. The house has beach chairs for everyone and a hose right outside the front door to wash everything off, including your feet before entering the house to take showers. Each bedroom slept all five of our children comfortably. My 22, 20 and 17 year old daughters slept in the room with the four beds, and my two sons 7 and 14 slept in the other upstairs room with the queen bed. There are two living areas, one up and one down with T.V's and video, which was perfect. The master bedroom off the kitchen was large and very comfortable with a queen bed and huge bathroom. There is even a washer/dryer for your added convenience. The home is situated in a quiet little community, a car ride away from everything. Down the road is a nice little farm with a farm store and all kinds of home baked goods and coffee and pretty much everything you would need from a small supermarket, it was very useful. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay there very much.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family and I just returned from our week long stay at the above property in Martha's Vineyard. I would highly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone. It is the perfect getaway for the entire family. This home is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and beautifully furnished. The bedrooms were cozy and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped and the barbeque comes in very handy as well. There are many bicycle paths throughout the island. It is definitely the best way to explore all the island has to offer. The paths are kid friendly too. So be sure to bring your bikes. The beaches are breathtaking and they offer something for everyone; fishing, surfing, kayaking,or swimming. Our two boys (ages 8 and 11) really enjoyed themselves and were sad to leave. We all had a wonderful stay here and my family and I will be sure to return next summer!
