New appliances, electric stove, plenty of pots, pans, Pyrex, plastic fridge containers, cooking and grilling utensils.TVs in every bedroom with ceiling fans. New window treatments throughout.Front porch is comfortable with two chairs and small table.Nicely updated bathrooms with tall toilets with 2 button flush.Big backyardPatio is shaded mornings and evenings table seats 6. Propane grill with side burner..Updated vinyl casement windows and sliding doorLaundry is in garage. That makes it nice when you wash a load at night ...no noise. Plenty of laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.Extra cloths in garageNice location close to Basha's Grocery. Southside of town. Close to Lake H. There are nice walking parks and beach with water activities.I CAN'T REMEMBER what I forgot!
