This is a great summer vacation home and a perfect house for the winter months. Located on the lakeside of Hwy 95 it is close to town and close to the water/launch ramp. 2 car boat deep air conditioned garage, R.V. parking to the side and the rear of property with FULL hookups. House is a corner lot that is 13,000 sq ft. House is 2000 sq ft and is fully loaded with everything you would need.

House has a great kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities, tile floors, Corian countertops. There is a rooftop balcony that overlooks the lake and surrounding areas. Pool is an infinity edge and can be heated.

Amenities: This house has every Amenitie that you are used to having at home. House has t.v./dvd set up in every room. Bluetooth surround sound and speakers in whole house. House is extremely comfortable and feels like you’re at home. Kitchen has every appliance that you would ever need in a kitchen. House includes an infinity edge pool that can be heated very quickly. Pool has a great waterfall and it is very private.
