We loved our week in Pentwater and this home was a perfect fit for our family. This quiet neighborhood was an easy walk to downtown shops and the beach. We hope to make this vacation a tradition!

We had a great week. Walking distance downtown and biking distance to beach. Lots of living/den space, great A/C and patio.

Beautiful remodeled home with plenty of space! Large family room, and a large living room with fireplace, Outside private backyard with fire pit. Loved our time there! Walking distance to beach and shops! We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here. It was perfect for our family reunion and is less than a mile from Lake Michigan. Like one of the grandkids said, This is the best vacation ever! We're already talking about coming back next year. Pentwater is our new favorite town.

We've been vacationing in Pentwater for 40 years and we all agree this is our favorite rental! The layout and furnishings are comfortable. The two full baths very clean and modern. We loved the TV room with all the windows. Big bonus is the beverage station with the under counter beverage fridge. The front porch furniture was used every morning for coffee and the back yard furniture every day for dinner. We had plenty of cereal bowls and other dishes, however, we used paper plates since there isn't a dishwasher. No big deal for us. The upstairs does get warmer and we just kept that thermostat set at appropriate cooling temp 24/7 which kept it comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and this rental will be our first choice for a return visit.

Very nicely remodeled house! Our family enjoyed how comfortable it was and the air conditioning! Was relaxing sitting on the front porch and in the back yard in the evenings!

We had a great week at Red on Rush - the location and house size for our group of teens and parents was perfect. The main floor main bedroom was nice. Both full bathrooms were updated with a little handy 1/2 bath, as well. Also very nice selection of beach accessories and bikes for our use was a huge bonus! While I would definitely rent here again, here are a few suggestions for improvement: 1) I failed to initially catch that there is no dishwasher so handwashing dishes was required. This was not an issue however the dish drying rack was quite small requiring towel drying after meals for larger group. 2) Overall limited dishes available (4 cereal bowls for 5 kids doesn't work too well) 3) A/C did not cool second floor very well. First floor was fine. 4) Minimal overhead lighting overall

This remodeled house is super comfortable and loaded with charm. Great part of Lake Michigan also, we loved it. I'd stay here again
