Remodeled Crystal River Waterfront Home with Heated Pool

The house was beautiful and so clean! It was the perfect location for all of the activities we wanted to do. Our children loved the pool table and enjoyed swimming in the pool. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

This home was exceptionally comfortable, spotless, and packed with great amenities. We absolutely loved the pool and spotting wildlife along the canal. Chris was a fantastic host—very friendly and always available if we needed anything.

House was very nicely done. Close to everything like walking trails, biking, kayaking, food etc. The pool and “game room” were fun. Unfortunately the fish were not biting but the no-see-ums were. Nothing some natural remedies couldn’t fix! :)

We had a great stay at this house! We all commented on how well stocked the house was with anything you might need. Plenty of pool towels and toys which was a big plus for our girls. I thought it was well cleaned and I tend to nit pick in that department so I was very happy about that. Location was convenient to everywhere we went. Great communication with hosts. Nothing bad to say! All in all great house and would be happy to return!

Great spot! Perfect home base for adventuring. Great pool and dock. All around, perfect for our family trip to Crystal River.

Our family & friends gather at Crystal River every year for the last 7 years. We enjoy the water, Scalloping, and each other. This Host & Home provided a perfect place to do all of that. The dock was plenty big enough to accommodate 2 boats. The pool was a wonderful place to unwind every evening. The home provided the space for everyone to relax and enjoy our meals and company.We’ve all agreed that this is the best place we have ever stayed at and we are planning on coming again next year!

I can’t say enough how amazing this property is. It felt like home. It is so well equipped, sparkling clean and unbelievably comfortable. The pool was perfect, and having a little dock was so much fun! We caught blue crab, saw a manatee, and drank coffee listening to the birds. Every detail was thought of and we will definitely be back as well as recommend to any families we know to stay there!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indian River. It was so homey and newly renovated just as described. Our young boys enjoyed swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. We rode bikes to the Crystal River Archeological Park and saw some of the most beautiful views atop the Indian mound overlooking the Crystal River. We ventured out to Three Sisters Springs and KP Hole for kayaking. The highlight was fishing with Native Charters (conveniently one street over) who we highly recommend. The neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly. Our host was very informative throughout our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone and we look forward to going back!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The canal provided easy access to the gulf and the kids caught tons of fish from the dock itself! The pool was a perfect hit for all & the house was perfectly stocked- not leaving us wanting for anything. The hosts were accommodating and easy to contact. We will definitely be back for scalloping next year.
