Relaxing Vibes at this 3 bedroom house with Pool

This house was wonderful and we would definitely rent again. Owner was quickly responsive to any questions and flexible on an early check on. Our toddler had a blast in the pool. Neighborhood felt safe and clean. The biggest reason why I chose this house was because the pool was actually fully fenced off from the rest of the yard. As a mom, this gave me so much peace of mind to let our son independently play in the backyard. The backyard was great and clean. AC worked great. As some other reviews have noted, the house backs up to the 15th hole tee of the golf course. Because of this there are frequently people in your direct sight in the backyard. This was fine for us and we enjoyed watching the golf. My only suggestions to the owners would be to put a curtain on the master bedroom French doors. While the doors had built in blinds, the room got very bright at 6am. Overall great house and a great trip!

This home was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen is impressively well‑stocked, there’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the thoughtful little amenities truly make a difference. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely return.We had a couple of minor needs during our stay, and the host addressed them immediately — it didn’t disrupt our trip at all.The property sits near a golf tee, which we actually loved. Watching golfers was fun, and during our 10‑day stay we experienced zero disruption or noise from the course. The neighborhood itself is also very quiet and peaceful.Overall, a great stay and an easy recommendation.

The home was clean and very well stocked Had everything we needed and in a good location with a quiet neighborhood. The only thing I can suggest is a net to clean leaves etc. from the pool.

House was clean. Bed was comfy. Kitchen has all the essentials. Host was very nice and ordered a fan because ceiling fan remote was missing. She was also very responsive. Thanks so much!

My 90-night stay exceeded my expectations. The location is wonderful with easy access to Phoenix attractions. It is five minutes from the fun Bellair Golf Park, and minutes from Interstate 17. The property is in a quiet residential neighborhood and backs up to a Bellair tee box, so you can watch some interesting golf swings! Loved my stay there.

The house was great, ample room. Kitchen fully stocked with pots and pans. The pool was fantastic and the communication was top notch with manager. I 100% recommend you book your stay here.

We totally loved our stay! Had a small glitch with the frig. Called manager, excellent response time!! Had a new frig and iced cold refreshment by the next day!! Only problem was just not enough time to spend enjoying the pool!!! We'll definitely be back!! Sincerely Barbie
