We stayed with two families for spring break, kids ranged from 9 to 18 years old. Plenty of space, well kept, easy check in and check out. Pool and hot tub were great, patio seating and music a plus. The fishing was an added bonus! 3rd cast in, they caught an 8 or 9 lb bass, followed by 4 or 5 10 lb catfish! Thank you for the memories!

We were in Phoenix area for five days to visit my son at ASU and explore the area. I was there with my family of 6 and another family of close friends. This home proved to be absolutely ideal. It has everything you could ever want or need in terms of entertainment and amenities. The owner Don was in touch early and made himself completely available. He left very detailed and useful instructions for check-in, use of everything in the home, and check out. Don was very responsive to our every question and need.The home itself is beautiful and the cleaning was immaculate. It is literally right on the water and we really enjoyed the view of the lake and use of the pontoon boat. The boat was very easy to use and the instructions were very clear. We also made use of the pool, the outdoor spa/hot tub, the outdoor dining area with grill and television, the game room with a full-size pool table, etc.The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and the owners had even left us coffee and condiments, which was greatly appreciated. There was dish detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels. All we had to buy was groceries.The set up of the home proved to be ideal for two separate families. Our family used the three upstairs bedrooms and our friends used the downstairs bedroom and pull out the couch in the living room. The split level bathrooms and bedroom set up allowed all of us to have privacy, while still enjoying the vast entertaining spaces together.Perfect for a large group!

The house was beautiful, clean and well-equipped with everything we needed including a crock pot. Many tables and chairs options both inside and out to gather for games, relaxing, and take in the views. The pool was so warm the kids could swim during the cool evenings without complaint. It is a quiet neighborhood with everything you need right around the corner. The boat cruises were peaceful as we enjoyed everyone’s holiday decorations. Don was in contact with us before, during and after our stay and I have rented several homes over the past 10 years but Don was most exceptional. We had 6 adults and three children and still had room we didn’t use. I would highly recommend this property not anyone wishing to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff, ir anywhere within the 3 hour radius because the drives are beautiful and it is a wonderful home to come back to each day.

Overall we had a wonderful experience. The pontoon boat was great as well as the other games e.g. pool table and Pac Man video console. The kitchen could use some better utensils, dishes, glasses etc. And the cleaners need to pay attention to details like wiping the drawers. But no major issues and the house was an excellent value!

This was one of the best family and friend vacations we’ve experienced. The communication with the owners of this beautiful house on the water was excellent. I definitely would recommend staying here. Everything you need is on site which makes it nice. All you have to do is bring your own food And beverages. We will definitely be returning again.

House was great for my tennis team’s trip to Surprise. Not too far away and it’s always fun to have a waterway in the backyard along with a well appointed house.Lots of great outdoor spaces, love the deck off the Primary with the comfortable seating and gas fire table.

Really wonderful property and neighborhood. House was clean, great outdoor space, pontoon was fun, and bedroom rooms/bathrooms were perfect. We made most of our meals and the grocery store was nearby. We attended the Phoenix / Packer game, which was close and had a great time. Residents of Phoenix were friendly. Overall great vacation

We loved the home and our stay! We had everything we needed and felt right at home. The owners were highly communicative and responsive. We enjoyed the outdoor space, pool, and lake view in particular.

This vacation was beautiful, the home was so beautifully maintained, we couldn't ask for more, The kitchen is so well stocked, I had stayed in many VRBO'S and this was the best. Beautiful, spacious and clean home that was perfect for our group of 6. We spent 2 weeks here and enjoyed every minute, especially the pool. The home had a fully stocked kitchen, the beds were comfy, plenty of towels, and everything was clean. Don responded quickly when I had a question. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back some day!

I can not possibly say enough wonderful things about our stay. The hosts literally thought of everything! From the coffee station (fully stocked and equipped!) to kitchen supplies to the softest most luxurious feeling towels and bedding to the games to sunscreen and pool tools/floats... every inch of this house was well thought-out and intended for guest comfort. We loved waking every morning to the glorious sunrises from the Master Balcony and spending sunsets on the boat. We spent plenty of time in the pool, and even put the yard and board games to use! My son and husband spent plenty of time at the pool table while I read under the fan on the patio. Arrival and departure were clear and easy and the hosts were easy to communicate with and super attentive. We can't wait to return. This was truly the home-away-from-home our little family needed to reconnect and make lasting memories together.

We enjoyed our stay it had everything for a fantastic celebration for our son! The pool and the pontoon boat made it extra special as well as the pool table inside for when it go too hot. Great place for family and fun. Friendly neighbors as well. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more! They even made sure there was a highchair for our grandson. Thanks for great memories.

Our family visited the Phoenix area for our son’s baseball tournament. The location was perfect as it was close to the ballparks. The home had all the amenities we could ask for. The view was gorgeous! We enjoyed the pool and our boys loved fishing each day. We will definitely stay again!

Our family of five adults stayed for a week. It was the perfect house with the private heated (86 degrees) pool and hot tub and pontoon boat. We spent several hours each day relaxing on the patio and swimming. The boat rides in the evenings were an awesome way to watch the sun set! We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen with all the spices and condiments available, as well as pool towels and sunscreen for us to use. The hiking trails were a short drive away. Grocery stores and restaurants were also very convenient. We had a couple of initial questions when we arrived and the owner was very responsive. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful spacious home! Lots of space for 2 families, clean, loved the pool table, pool overlooking the lake and the mountains in the background was AMAZING. Easy drive to hikes and downtown Phoenix, we even took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Could walk to gorgeous hiking trails from the house. Would absolutely stay here again!

House is exactly as described. We are local to Phoenix, but wanted a quick relaxing getaway. Doesn’t get much more relaxing than floating in the pool, fishing, and watching the Masters; playing pool and having some beverages; or catching a movie on the leather recliners. Kitchen was well stocked for the meals we made, and great restaurants in close proximity for when we didn’t want to cook.

Relaxing oasis in the Phoenix area! Gorgeous house and property. The pool was outstanding and the use of the boat a fun bonus. We loved our time here. It was fabulous.

Great location. Very quiet and great views from the yard. Neighborhood was really nice for walking and felt very safe. Nothing was to far even when going to Scottsdale. We were there for a golf trip. Everyone enjoyed the pool hot tub and the boat. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Would definitely recommend.

Don was very helpful with letting us check in early and with questions along the way. House was good for us, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The area is great for hiking, grabbing a yummy ice cream cone from Bruster’s or being able to go to a church service. Great place for massages at D best massages or being able to check out the E bikes at Lectric Bikes! Overall it was a great time had by all!!

We had a great time with the family all together for the year 2025. So many things to do and see in the area, We especially enjoyed the Cave Creek horse trail rides. My personal favorite was watching the great egrets fly into the tree every night across the channel at sundown.

The canals in this area host many bird species including egrets, blue herons, cormorants, coots, ducks, and geese. They fly down the waterways and the egrets sleep in a large tree across from the house. It was awesome to see them each day. The electric pontoon boat is a great way to spend relaxing time on the water. We were delighted to find a good selection of condiments, cooking supplies, ground coffee, etc. Any of you who have rented a house near Orlando know how nice it is to have that. The property is located minutes from the freeway. The hills nearby have many hiking trails. Our group of seven had a great stay.

This was our third holiday stay and it was wonderful, as always! The boat, the view, the bird-watching, the outdoor living area with TV and fire features for heat, the pool and hot tub - these are all the extras we enjoy every time! Don and Teresa are very communicative and respond quickly to messages. The house was very clean and well stocked, as always. We definitely hope to be back again sometime soon!

I don’t even know where to start with how perfect this experience was! I came for my daughter’s graduation so we had family and friends visiting throughout our stay and this house fit us all so well. There are so many activities in and outside of the house that we never felt on top of each other. The pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was so relaxing with the lake view. We didn’t come for the holidays but it turned out to be a bonus coming in December because of the nightly boat rides we took to see the lights in the neighborhood. The hosts are wonderful and so quick to respond with changes and questions I had before we arrived. While here we had no problems and were so relaxed we never even needed to reach out to them. The house was clean when we arrived and was stocked with pretty much everything we needed to feel at home. The location is also great with everything you would need close by. I come to Arizona a lot to visit and this has been my favorite trip! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We finally did it, after years of talking about getting together for a long weekend, five friends from high school gathered at this place and had a wonderful time. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were prompt with answers. The price was fair, there are not any surprises. The house was exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and so beautiful. We woke early every morning and walked to the coffee shop down the street. We did rent a car, but it was not necessary, you could also use Uber to get around the area. Our only complaint was that we didn't have enough time to use the hot tub or pool table. The pool was where we spent most of our time. It was so perfect!

This is the home you want to stay when you are visiting Phoenix!! Great location, beautiful home with all the amenities for having an enjoyable time. Incredible hosts !! Loved our stay !! Only regret is we should have stayed longer !! Enjoy this incredible home !!

Clean, awesome house!

We came for the sun, relaxation and fun. The pool is the crown jewel of this vrbo followed by the pontoon boat. Such a nice relaxing getaway. Being able to swim, read, soak in the sun - all our priorities for this getaway. The house has every amenity that you could want in a rental. Bluetooth speakers by the pool, a pool that is the perfect temperature, a no maintenance pool, an electric pontoon that is very simple to use and fun to take out, house on the water (in AZ!), nice patio furniture and chairs to use and eat breakfast outside, an upper balcony with a great view and lovely to have coffee on and all this with a great view of the foothills, mountains, sunrise and sunsets!! We enjoyed our 10 days immensely!

Easy check-in!! Our week was amazing in this beautiful home. Many memories were made! The home was close to everything we needed; hiking trails, shopping/groceries, restaurants, and other outdoor activities. The home was fully stocked with everything you would need for your stay. This is one of the BEST VRBO homes we have ever stayed in, from the pool/hot tub, lake/mountain views, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, relaxing feel, and ease of communication with owner…….we will be back and highly recommend this home for your next vacation to Arizona.
