Relaxing 3-story cottage with easy access to beach, pools & all resort amenities

Beautiful place! Easy access to beach

This house is beautiful and has a lot going for it. There are some things to prepare for if you are going to rent:1. Location: the house is super close to the boardwalk down to the beach. Excellent location. You don't have direct ocean views from any of the balconies but the back of the house faces the ocean. I would recommend renting a golf cart from Guest Services.2. You are on your own for the beach: Be prepared to bring your own beach towels (they had 5 total) and beach gear. No toys/chairs/etc. 3. Minimal Kitchen: the kitchen is gorgeous and boasts a new range, microwave, dishwasher and beverage fridge. There is not a grill or crockpot. Bring your own baking sheets if you need them. They also don't have any pantry supplies so make sure you bring seasoning, ziploc bags, etc. I would also recommend bringing additional paper towel rolls. 4. To clarify, there are three bedrooms (two share a bathroom) on the first floor, then the living area on the second floor, then the kids bunk room with bathroom on the third floor. The kid room is so nice and spacious for throwing at least 5 children in.I would recommend renting this house to anyone! It's very beautiful and we were comfortable. It will just require some additional packing on your end to have everything you need.

House was great for 11 adults and kids. Very clean. Great location!

Property was great. Golf course was immaculate. When we arrived there was a problem with the property we rented. The Vacasa folks were great - got us into a comparable property quickly at no additional cost. Vacasa really stepped up and quickly. We will work with them again in the future.

This was a wonderful house to stay at that is conveniently located right near the dune crossover! This home was gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. It has a fantastic third story bunk room with a big screen TV and its own bathroom and shower. This home is PERFECT for families with kids. Our children loved sleeping upstairs- it was like their own private apartment! A bonus feature of this house is that it has a built in de-humidifier for the home, which makes a BIG difference when you stay right on the coast. It made the stay extremely pleasant and comfortable- especially when sleeping at night. I highly recommend this home! We will for sure be booking here again!

The house was gorgeous! The owners have everything you could possibly need when staying at the house ( a pack and play for our young child)! The golf cart was a perfect addition to our stay as well. Everything was stress free. The best part is the proximity to the board walk to the beach from the home. Easy access all day while playing at the beach! Thanks for an amazing stay!!

The home was perfect for our trip. The parking was great, the layout was perfect, and we had an amazing time. The challenges were really with Vacasa. They were supposed to bring us a new coffee maker (it wasn’t working) and never did. The young lady at check-in was not kind and not helpful.
