Stayed Aug 31, 2024loved our stay. Enough parking in the gated section with pool really close and MIL suite with kitchen was a plus. Close to beach and restaurants

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the third time we rented this unit. I am disappointed to report that some of the housekeeping items were poorly executed. In contrast the management group quickly rectified the problems. We enjoy our time in Porter Aransas and the only other comment I would have is that the barbecue pit Needs to be upgraded .

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a party of 10 & this property had plenty of space for all of us & location was close to the beach! When we encountered jellyfish on the beach we resorted to the pool just steps away. Loved the screened porch & yard especially with little ones. Would def recommend to others if you’re visiting Port Aransas.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023My group and I were very pleased with the space and convenience of this house. It’s been maintained very well and the communication between myself and the manager was without fail. We felt safe and relaxed…definitely renting again if it’s still available.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023Great house with plenty of room for 7 adults and 4 children. The separate suite was great for our older single son. It was a birthday surprise for him. Our grand kids really enjoyed how close the community pool was to the house location. The older adults enjoyed the location to Beach Access Road 1 and to the beach. Very easy to come and go from the beach with our beach buggie.

Stayed May 21, 2023This was our first blended family vacay. and it was awesome .We had such an amazing time getting to know each other , especially staying up late making smores on the fire pit. The grandchildren loved being there in the house it was so homey and comfortable .Literally the whole house was beautiful and had everything we needed to make our stay awesome.
