Beach Music, a beautiful beach home at Cinnamon Shore, has one-of-a-kind character. Wrap-around porches allow your family to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. A tower topped with a metal roof offers signature, architectural style, while interiors are full of pizzazz!

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: Gather on the light-filled second floor, where bright, white-painted wood floors and vaulted cathedral ceilings greet you and your guests. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are decorated with bold patterns in coastal colors.

Ideal for entertaining, the living room has comfortable sofas and chairs and refreshing style and panache. Guests can watch DirecTV and Blu-ray movies on a 60”, wall-mounted, LED-LCD Smart TV or choose from a collection of family games. The casual, farmhouse-style dining table seats up to 10, perfect for serving up a seafood feast or casual meals. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the family cook will enjoy stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Gather around the large, granite island and reminisce about your day of fun in the sun. Meanwhile, the kids can color on the chalkboard-painted table, as they relax on the upholstered, built-in banquet in an eating area that can accommodate eight.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: All bedrooms are downstairs in this beach retreat. Two master suites mean couples don’t have to draw straws. The first master suite offers a king bed and private bathroom luxuriously equipped with a shower and a soaking tub. The second master bedroom also has a king bed and full bathroom. A third bedroom offers another king-size bed and shares a bathroom with a bunk room where kids will have a “whale” of a time with the deep-sea theme. Two sets of built-ins accommodate four in a bunk room, with a shared bath that has two vanities and nautical style. All bedrooms are lavishly decorated in bright, ocean hues and soft bedding, and each is equipped with 40”, wall-mounted, LED-LCD Smart TVs.

GREAT FEATURES: The great entry hall has patriotic flair, with a framed, U.S. flag. Natural wood finishes, painted wood paneling, and shiplap detailing add character throughout. Outdoor spaces feature stylish, all-weather furnishings, clustered in seating groups on the fabulous wraparound deck that’s partly shaded by the tower’s cupola, while two chaise lounges offer a place to lie in the sun. A private, outdoor shower helps everyone rinse off after beach time.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Beach Music is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Beach Music the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

The large out door deck had beautiful views of the lake and an unobstructed view of the sunsets over the bay. All area of the house were extremely clean. The location was great. The city center is steps away, still water pool is basically in the front yard, and it’s a straight walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were there for Tropical Storm Alberto, so we only had 4 beach days. Cinnamon Shore is a bit greedy - there really should be some type of concession for only being able to sleep in their properties during a storm. Also, CS washes their hands of guests being ALL OVER THE DUNES. This is what happened with the high waters, and they said it wasn’t their problem. If you are going to develop and make a ton of money on our Texas beaches, please take care of them. The house itself was our favorite, and we have been staying at CS for 15 years.
