Stayed Aug 1, 2023The house is roomy. The 5 of us fit easily in the 3 bedrooms. The decor and furniture are coordinated and comfy. Nice beach town vibe. Plenty to do in the area or just hang out in the house. Highly recommend the Great American Melodrama which is a 100 yard walk from the house. ATVs on the dunes we’re great too.

Stayed Mar 11, 2022Beautiful local artwork of the dunes. Received the check-in information 5 days in advance with very clear instructions. Very easy parking. Loved that there was soap throughout. Beautiful place and very clean. Only complaint was there was a smoke detector alarm going off. Would be nice if the batteries were checked every 6 months

Stayed Sep 18, 2025We appreciated the large living room and kitchen area as there is enough room for the eight of us to be in the same space together.The carpet leading up the stairs is a bit stained, but otherwise the home was clean and enjoyable.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025Good stay. Home is well taken care of. Didn’t realize the whole living area is upstairs but not a huge deal. AC didn’t work almost at all but opened windows and it cooled down quickly and easily.

Stayed Dec 25, 2024Very clean. Sparsely furnished. Nice space but needs some updated furnishings. Coffee spills over the coffee pot onto burner. We didn't try Keurig as we brought our own coffee. A lamp in the living room had no bulb. We had to get one from a bedroom. Lamp in down bedroom didn't work. All beds were comfortable. Be aware a railroad track is nearby

Stayed Jul 18, 2024I left a couple of items at the house I rented in Oceano,Ca. Recently found out I left a quilt made by me. I have a family in Grover Beach. Is there anyway my family member can go in the house to look for it. .
