Everything was exactly as described and depicted in the images. Both the furniture and the beds we used were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with good, sturdy and very functional pots, pans, dishes and glassware. Kitchen appliances, large and small, were good quality, clean and functioned as expected.Having the ability to park in the garage was a welcome surprise. The management was on top of things from check in to check out and kept us informed of things without being annoying. (Example: Our stay included being there on trash day. They sent an email politely asking us to put the cans out and thanked us for kindly for doing so.) The location of the house was another big plus. It is close to a beautiful park and the old downtown area. In addition, there are more restaurants, shopping areas, grocery stores and gas stations than would normally be expected in a relatively small town. Bottom line: We’d recommend this place to anyone who’d like to feel a bit more at home than they could ever expect from a hotel; and at a reasonable price as well.

Perfect location and size for our group. Great communication from the host. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely top of our list for next year’s event.

Rancher’s retreat was everything we needed on this family trip. Optimal space, comfortable beds, equipped with the essentials, and the communication with the host was phenomenal! We felt right at home. This home is tidy, spacious, clean, and newly updated. Information is provided about what to do, where to eat, and how to get around. I am so pleased with our stay here. Beautiful, relaxing, home to hang out in! Highly recommend. Beds are comfortable and house is very clean and upscale decoration & fixtures. Great space for small groups.

My family (myself, husband, mom, teen daughter and toddler son) stayed here while in town for the IEA Zone 8 National Finals. The arena was located in Eaton (about a 25/30min drive). The house was cozy, clean and quiet. There was enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. It was helpful being able to have a baby gate, high chair and crib available to rent for our stay. Brad was quick in all correspondence. The house was as described. I would recommend this location to friends and family traveling in the Northern Colorado area!

Ranchers Roost was spacious, easily accomodating many people in town for a wedding. It provided a cozy place for a large gathering after the wedding festivities where everyone was at ease and comfortable. Well stocked truly meant that with coffee,Baking supplies, and paper products. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home From the moment we arrived, we were very impressed with the house and neighborhood and our host who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The communication was excellent, and our host went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home.The house itself is stunning—modern and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. Each bedroom was spacious and well-appointed, making it perfect for our group. The open-concept living area was a great space for us to gather and relax, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze.The community surrounding the home is lovely as well. It’s peaceful and safe, perfect for evening strolls. We enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and local attractions, which added to our overall experience.Whether you're visiting for a family getaway or a group trip, this home is a fantastic choice. We stayed in Rancher’s Retreat for my sister-in-laws wedding. It was the perfect house for us. The kids loved being able to take over the downstairs while the adults enjoyed a nice retreat to the back yard. Highly recommend!

The house is in a great neighborhood, walking distance to downtown. Very clean, nice bedrooms. I would definitely stay here on my next trip to Windsor.

We were in the area for a wedding/ family reunion. The property was beautiful. And equipped with everything one would need, beach towels, games, spices, picnic cooler and more. We all slept comfortably in very comfy beds. If need a place in area I would highly recommend!

Stayed here for our daughter’s softball tournament. House was close to the fields and close to all the downtown restaurants and shops. House was clean and very nice.

Location was adequate, not much of a Colorado view.
