Very nice newer property, house is very well maintained, private with a very nice view of a pond and open fields. Quiet neighborhood.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home. Very close to our women's conference we attened and some shopping, but also in a nice quiet area to wind down at the end of the day. Very clean and comfortable stay.

In town for a wedding in Briggsdale. This was a great location that was central to that as well as RMNP, Estes Park and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, which were all awesome. Very comfortable and clean home to share with family. Neighborhood was newer and quiet, close to grocery store and town. We arrived too early and were granted an early check in, no hassle! Loved the cute and tasteful farm/country decor throughout the house! Kitchen had all we needed to cook breakfasts and some dinners. Full size washer and dryer much appreciated after our hiking days, and an iron and small ironing board came in handy before going to the wedding. Thanks for a memorable and perfect stay!!

We have stayed here before and the location is great. The one and only negative is that I wish there was more kitchen items such has bowls, pots and pans and baking dishes. The house is very clean and well organized.

This was such a nice property. Our family really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for family weekend at CSU Fort Collins and this house was the perfect distance to go there and also to Denver; the perfect in-between place! Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Windsor Colorado. The house was beautiful and the view of the mountains in the distance was spectacular. Everyone in town was helpful and friendly. Our host was available for any questions we had and had a list of places for us in the area that came in handy during our stay. We will definitely book this house again when we come back to Windsor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VBRO. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. Each evening, we were treated to a stunning display of colors as the sun dipped behind the mountains, painting the sky in hues of pink, orange, and gold.The property itself is charming and cozy, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly hospitable, ensuring that every detail was perfect from the moment we arrived. The outdoor seating area on the front porch was our favorite spot, where we could relax with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening, all while soaking in the serene beauty of the surrounding landscape.I can't recommend it highly enough!

This is a great place. It is very organized and clean. We come every year to the Cheyenne Frontier Days and will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our stay for a softball tournament and centrally located to the facilities. All amenities you would need are available and the house was clean and well appointed. The views of the sunset are amazing and we enjoyed watching the numerous fireworks shows across the landscape. The neighborhood is quaint, quiet and great for walks. Would recommend staying here!

It served our needs. All who occupied the home were over 50. Only slept at rental and had quick breakfast. There was no chair in walk-in closet for older visitors like us. My favorite part was large kettle for tea etc..

Everything was fantastic. But at check-in we were disappointed to find almost all of the plates, silverware, cups, etc. were still in the dishwasher or on the kitchen counter. All was clean, but they were not put in cabinets. Also, all towels were still in dryer. Again, all clean, just not prepared. Otherwise, an extremely positive experience.
