The Guest Suite

We’re so glad we stayed here for the week, great little apartment with a very comfortable bed, great bathroom and a small kitchen area. My favorite was the laundry room, great place to store suitcases, place to hang stuff and a washer and dryer if needed. We did a lot of fluffing of clothes. Thank you!

Highly, highly recommend! Great space in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Just minutes from many NOCO spots. The space itself is fantastic! Comfy bed, nice done and maintained and the patio is perfect if you want to enjoy that Colorado sunshine.Again, I highly recommend!

This place was perfect! Super clean and spacious for a studio Wonderful amenities to include a waher and dryer! Also, there is the cutest patio available to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors!!

I loved staying here. Easy access to Interstate 25. It was a perfect place to relax and exactly as noted in the listing. There are little details such as snacks, water bottles, and toiletries which is a nice touch. Overall vibe for me was spa like. I definitely will be staying again. Any questions I had were answered timely.

Very quiet and clean, beautiful.There is no pool, I put 5 stars for pool only because the survey would not let me finish with out it.

This charming mother in law house is situated in the back with your own entrance and porch area. As we made our way inside we were in awe of the cute decor and comfy king size bed. The host supplied us with coffee pods and creamers (enough to cover us for our entire stay). We ran into some car rental issues at the beginning of the trip and the host was very helpful in directing us to nearby food and information to ease a very stressful situation. We're will definitely be staying here again when we visit our daughter at CSU. The location is beautiful and just a short ride to Loveland and Fort Collins.

We usually stay with our son and daughter-in-law, but they work from home, so this was the perfect location to give us all our own space & be close enough to meet for dinner. Lots of walking trails in Raindance and a short drive to downtown Windsor. The unit is nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Host Leslie was attentive and provided good communication. We had a great stay and would recommend this property.

My husband and I had a great time in this clean and very comfortable guest suite. Although it is more of a studio apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay. Leslie and Alan were so accommodating, providing all the extras that made our stay even better. The location was perfect for us; it is close to trails, lakes, shopping, etc. . . . I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Visiting family in Windsor, so this was the perfect place for our needs. Very roomy and well decorated and supplied.

This place was absolutely clean and comfortable! I’ve never stayed at a place where so much detail was considered for guests. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer!
