Quintessential waterfront home with over 400 feet of private sandy beach.

Beautiful charming luxury home with great views. We had great weather. The house was nicely furnished and stocked. We especially enjoyed spending time in the spacious living room. We watched the lobstermen ply their trade during the day, and the stars at night. Walked out to the beach and enjoyed the grounds. We ate our fill of fresh lobsters and crabs bought from the docks in town, and blueberry pies from a farm in Cherryfield. Took day trips to visit Bar Harbor and Campobello Island. Being that the bedrooms are in the updated old original structure, they are small and all upstairs. There are only two bathrooms, one inside the master bedroom on second floor and the other on the first floor, which made it challenging for us to share, especially at night--typical of old home designs. There were only four of us, with two sleeping in the master, so we made it work, but it would be difficult for a full house. The softened water was a pleasant surprise, but it's set too soft. The bedrooms were small and minimally appointed, but the beds were all very comfortable. All the towels and linens were new and clean. The kitchen has good newer modern appliances that work great, and really well stocked to make just about anything (and we did!). Good pots, pans, measuring cups and spoons, spices and seasoning, too. (But the long kitchen peninsula could have been more convenient as an island.) Overall, it felt like a home with owners who care. Great for a low-key vacation!

The location of this property is perfect for a relaxing vacation with quiet, cool breezes and excellent shell collecting at low tide. Watching the seals offshore and the lobster boats passing by each day was delightful. Pascal and Florence could not have been more accommodating to our questions and to say the house is well appointed would be a gross understatement. I must say too that the people of Jonesport are quite friendly and accommodating, although it is not a town with many commercial opportunities, thankfully. If you desire a quiet, genuine down east Maine experience at a top shelf property, this is your place!

Amazing home with incredible beach access. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing! The tides are better than a Cirque Du Soleil performance. Seals… Seals!

We had a great time and this beautiful house was the perfect setting for touring the Maine coast from Acadia to Quoddy Head. The house is wonderfully Maine with lobster boats, eagles, and everything else that you expect. The house is also typical Maine with updates and all the beautiful accommodations that anyone could ask for. We loved our time there. Pascal and Florence were so accommodating and everything was perfect. This house is a little over an hour to Acadia or Quody Head State Park. Even closer is Roque Bluff, Jasper Beach, Great Wass and Beal City Park. Perfect location and a perfect house made for a wonderful week. Thanks so much

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The home was clean and well appointed and Pascal and Florence were attentive and wonderful hosts. There’s a lot to enjoy in the area - from hiking and visits to Acadia, to kayaking and whale watching, or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful views of the ocean in front of the house.

Great central location in northern Maine that allowed my family flexibility to explore Machias, Lubec, and Schoodic Point with ease. The house is beautiful and the beds/couches are very comfortable. We saw eagles flying around the house every day and even a deer roaming through one evening!

Our family’s celebration of my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary was made extraordinary thanks to the hospitality of Florence and Pascal at their delightful house rental in Jonesport, Maine. The home provided a warm and inviting setting for our family’s memorable gathering. Florence and Pascal’s attention to detail was evident throughout the house, from the well-appointed rooms to the fully stocked kitchen, which was perfect for our anniversary dinner preparations. The living spaces were comfortable and fostered a sense of togetherness among us all. The backdrop of the Maine coastline, with its soothing waves and gentle breezes, was the cherry on top of our joyous occasion. In short, our stay at Florence and Pascal’s was nothing less than perfect. Their house was a home away from home, brimming with love and laughter, and leaving us with cherished memories. We wholeheartedly recommend their rental for a truly special experience.

If you're looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway then this is it! The house itself was immaculate, not to mention the waterfront location and private beach. The house was equipped with anything and everything you would need. Traveling with our 11 month old, we especially appreciated the full-sized crib and highchair. There were so many cozy places to sit and relax, our favorites were the outdoor firepit and the sunroom. The location was perfect for us. We visited the local goat farm for cheese, explored the town of Jonesport and the lobster docks, and went on a number of hikes within 45 mins to an hour away. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, my family and I loved the property. Reading nooks everywhere! It was very quiet and peaceful, just a great place to unplug from daily life. We would absolutely consider coming back here next year.
