Stayed Feb 1, 2026Hosts were very welcoming and attended to any needs. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Appreciated the king bed and adequate kitchen facilities. The well placed night lights was a nice touch. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jun 26, 2022We stayed 10 days in 1-bedroom apartment near warm mineral springs lake in North Port. Location is very good, close to the lake and 20 min from beaches. Hosts are very helpful and nice. We will rent again if travel to Florida.

Stayed Jan 26, 2020spent 30 days at this beautiful clean house located near Warm Mineral Springs- a unique invigorating water experience. Great house amenities (washer/dryer, bicycles, water noodles, patio chairs, etc). host Albina and Sergey were very helpful in identifying local attractions, beaches, restaurants, etc.they were always available but not intrusive. I recommend their unit aand intend to return.
