This family and dog friendly vacation retreat can sleep up to 9 in a comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom open floorplan. Fishing with friends Plenty of parking for 4 autos and room to bring your small boat.

Centrally located, The Tree House is blocks from the beach, restaurants and fun. Rent a golf cart and leave your car behind! After a day in the sun relax on the large outdoor deck or unwind in theshade. Completely fenced yard, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need for a wonderful vacation! This house is located in the golf cart approved driving area. There is a laundry room downstairs with a toilet and a sink. This is also a great place to store your beach gear and fishing equipment.

When booking please let us know how many pets you are bringing so we may adjust your balance. The pet fee is $75 per dog, no max We accept all size dogs.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
