This over 100 year old natural stone finca, between Arta and San Llorenc, was extensively and lovingly renovated in the traditional Mallorcan style between 2013 and 2015. The 20,000 square meter natural site, located on a small mountain, offers a fantastic view in all directions.
With its numerous terraces and large pool (13m x 4m), the finca offers the right place for every occasion and time of day.
No matter whether you spend your time on the large covered veranda with direct accessto the kitchen, the 100 sqm terrace around the pool, the cozy roof terrace for the sundowner or the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the natural tranquility from anywhere with a great view ,
The three bedrooms, all with their own bathroom en suite, offer enough space for 6 people and for two other small children in an extra bed.
The approximately 270 square meters of living space offer top equipment. The open kitchen has a modern 5-burner gas stove, the spacious dining area offers an open fireplace. In the living room there is a TV with satellite antenna and DVD player. WiFi is also available.

When renting the main house, the extension renovated in 2015 can also be rented. This can only be for a few days of your stay, e.g. B. To accommodate friends who would like to visit them for a few days. This part of the finca has its own entrance and consists of a living room, bedroom and bathroom with a total of about 70 square meters. The extension cannot be rented without renting the main house.

The finca is habitable all year round due to central heating.

There is underfloor heating on the ground floor, modern radiators on the upper floor and towel radiators in all bathrooms.

The finca is completely self-sufficient: A modern solar system always provides enough electricity.
Hot water is ensured by a solar thermal system. The water is pumped from the own well into the house system. All systems are mutually secured by generators. You will not feel any difference in the infrastructure to your home, even though you only use the natural resources that our little mountain provides.
