Finca Es Casal is a stone-built house which is more than 100 years old. The property was restored in 2008, updating it with all the conveniences of a modern house, but preserving the house’s traditional character. It has satellite TV, wifi connection, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and central heating. A pretty driveway flanked by large pine trees leads to the entrance of the house. Next to the house is the private pool surrounded by lawn and a beautiful garden with palm trees and typical plants of the island. This exceptional historic natural stone finca in the centre of the island for 10 people is located between Sant Llorenz des Cardassar and Artà. It is distributed over approx. 450 m2 and two floors.
