Stayed May 11, 2025We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is well appointed, bathroom has been upgraded and has a great shower, King sized bed is comfortable.Enjoyed having a Keurig. Sitting outside on back patio was pleasant, spacious yard gave a sense of privacy for being right in a neighborhood.This house does not have central heat and air. We were there late spring, so just needed to run one of the portable heaters and we were fine. Cannot attest to needing the A/C units when it warms up Enjoyed being able to walk to the nearby park, and 5th Ave beach is a leisurely 15 minute stroll. There were only 2 of us, and this was perfect size for us. Would stay again.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We had a great weekend in Manistee. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and playing cards in the evenings at the table in the sunroom.

Stayed Sep 18, 2024We really enjoyed our stay in Manistee. This property is close enough to downtown and the beach that both destinations are walkable, and the property itself was warm and inviting with lots of amenities! On top of the amenities listed, there was a large dog kennel available for use and there were so many pots, pans, dishes and other kitchen items that we weren’t expecting. The home is well kept and was an awesome home away from home for anyone hoping to getaway for a bit to Manistee.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house was nice, but we were promised rooms in the basement and the basement had a very heavily musty smell. We were unable to use the basement because of that. Bathroom bathroom upstairs also had a heavy musty smell. The fan was broken, but they fix it while we were there. That might’ve been part of the problem with the musty smell. Because the bathroom smells so musty one of the bedrooms did too. In fairness, our host told us that it had rained a lot previously. Manistee was small so we spent most of our time in Ludington, which was only half an hour away.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024The house was great. Open floor plan felt spacious. Location to beach and town was great. We had a great time. The yard was very large and perfect for kids to play. Will stay here again!!

Stayed May 30, 2024Just a absolutely gorgeous comfortable cute home very close to the lakes Nice size yard very well maintained probably some of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in had a lot of amenities spices dishes anything you want to make it feel like home I will definitely be booking next time I have my golf outing in Manistee Nice Keurig coffee pot nice and everything you need to make drinks if you're into that I highly highly recommend
