This new, modern home has been updated and turned into the perfect vacation rental. From the moment you walk in, you will love the modern touchs in this beautiful Northern Michigan home. Relax and enjoy your private sandy frontage and breathtaking sunsets!

The main level features a completely open living, dining, and kitchen area, plus the master bedroom, laundry and full hall bath. Upstairs has both additional bedrooms and a separate full hall bath. Lower level rec area has additional sleeping and a half bath.

Private sandy beach access is down just a short path and a few steps. Sugar sand frontage and easy grade depth of the Lake make for a great family-friendly spot. You'll make memories that last a lifetime around the outdoor fire pit.

AMENITIES INCLUDE: centrail AC, laundry, gas grill, wood fireplace, outside fire pit, beach towels and board games.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include blender and electric griddle. Also included: bed linens, fan, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.

LOCATION: Located right on Lake Michigan with multiple locations for you to visit and enjoy your stay! Only 10 minutes from downtown Manistee, 6 miles from Little River Casino, and approximately 60 miles to wonderful Traverse City!

Check in is after 4:00PM and check out is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.

ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.

DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the kitchen is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.

Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy and strongly encourage purchasing trip insurance for your stay.

    We had a great vacation at this home. The location was ideal—close to many attractions and perfect for sightseeing. The house was exceptionally clean and well-stocked with amenities, making our stay very comfortable. Property management was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions.     We had so much fun at this property. The access to the beach was amazing and the beach itself was so beautiful! The house had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. There were so many games for us to play. And the kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our meals. The house was also the perfect distance to town.     This property was in a good location convenient to both Manistee and Onekama, with a large and fairly secluded stretch of sandy beach. The front porch was great for bird watching in the scrubby field area across the street. The kitchen was well stocked and had basics which we appreciated. We enjoyed our stay!
