Stayed Dec 31, 1969Small, but comfortable and clean. Nice location. Only things to be aware of is that the train goes right behind the property, and is very loud. Bring some earplugs. The main bedroom also gets pretty bright in the morning.

Stayed Oct 26, 2018Frys Springs neighborhood is located about a mile from UVA and ideal for visiting Charlottesville. The 2 bedroom home was cozy and comfortable and plenty spacious for 4 people. Communication with the owner was easy as was checking in. There was parking and everything we needed to make our stay terrific!

Stayed Sep 28, 2018My girlfriend and I had an excellent time in Charlottesville. Terre's home is just as listed, and excellent and cozy cottage that is perfectly located within minutes of all of the fun spots in Charlottesville. I highly recommend this home and would stay there again on my next trip to Charlottesville!
