Quiet, Clean West Dennis Home - Walk to Beach

It was a nice vacation spot for the Cape I loved how close it was to the beach!

Great place in a nice location - easy walk to beach. Check in was smooth. The house was very clean and had all the amenities (towels, bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils, beach chairs, etc.) and the hosts were very responsive.

Beautiful home, perfect for a fanily stay! Nice yard and table for outdoor eating. We loved the outdoor shower too! Shed is conveniently stocked with sand toys and floats. Cozy clean beach vibe and great layout. Nice communication from the owners. We'll be back!!

We had a lovely stay in this property. Home was clean and neatly appointed and stocked with all of our needs! Easy walk to the beach & local restaurants. We will hope to return to this beautiful property.

Spent two nights here for a family wedding. The house is beautiful with plenty of space to relax with everything you need. It's a quick walk to beautiful West Dennis beach, and easy access to all the Mid-Cape has to offer. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. Wonderful experience!

Our two families really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Cape cottage. It is clean and updated, with thoughtful furnishings and comfortable beds. The layout worked great for our two families with the bedrooms on one side and a spacious living area on the other. The two King bedrooms are equal sized and the kids had fun sharing the bunk room. The shed in back was well stocked with beach chairs and other outdoor games. The location near the beach is excellent, and even though it’s on a somewhat busier road, the property was very quiet and we enjoyed the private yard that gets delightful sea breezes. We would be happy to rent from Laura again and will recommend this home to friends.

Overall nice and clean house in a great location. The outdoor shower is huge and was a highlight. Communication with host was very prompt and helpful including the guide left for us. We walked to the beach and Sand Bar, so close! The only sort of strange thing was the request to bring our own sheets (communicated well in advance) but also to wash and fold any towels that we used. I have never seen those requests from a host before, particularly when paying a decent cleaning fee, but that hardly detracted from our enjoyment of the house. 5 stars!

Great house that was near beach and shops. Enjoy the day at the beach and perfect house and yard to have fantastic family time at night. My family and I had a great two weeks to cap off the summer!

Cute and clean place that has nice outdoor patio for morning coffee. Comfortably sized for group of adults with bunk room for younger ones to claim as their own. Short walk to beach and centrally located on Cape. Nice place.

Fantastic house in West Dennis. Plenty of space and perfect layout for families with kids. Super easy access to beach, town, and everything the Cape has to offer. Great hosts who made our trip easy as can be.
