Quiet charming 3-bedroom house in central Cortez with WiFi and central air.

Cream room Mercedes was great was better than I even could imagine. My wife and Daughter will also say they would recommend this to anybody.. Great great place would recommend to anybody? TY Andy

Very nice and spacious house. It’s clear that the host puts his heart and intention into making you have a pleasant stay and completely succeed. It’s the first time we book a stay different from a hotel in this site, and our expectations were exceeded.

Very clean and quiet! 5 star

David was very easy to communicate with and such a conscientious host! We arrived and the lockbox didn't work - he was over in less than 10 minutes to help us get in. Fully stocked kitchen with -two- coffee makers, sugar and spices in the cabinets, and coffee pods as well as creamers and fixings easily accessible. Getting an entire house for the price of a hotel room was a steal. We will be staying here if it's available on our next trip to Mesa Verde.

The house was perfect! It was clean and spacious. It is close to Mesa Verde National Park and a great place to stay after a day of exploring the cliff dwellings. The host was very helpful and even texted to let us know we could see the Northern Lights if we looked to the northeast!

Location was great for visiting Mesa Verde National Park. There were many asethetic things that were missing the mark. Ie. Stains on carpet, broken furniture, non maintained yard, etc. Overall it was okay for one nights stay but wouldn't want to stay longer.

Nice, cozy, clean, well maintained and equipped! Lots of space and light, very convenient location, safe and quiet, and wonderful host! I recommend to all visiting lovely Cortez, CO!

The back yard could use some Very Minor TLC, but everything was perfectly acceptable for our use. Will be using the owners services again in the future. We thank them sincerely for their hospitality

This property was a good value with plenty of space for our family of 6.

Wonderful, welcoming and comfy! All of the rooms are much larger than the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of plates, cups, bowls, and utensils for large groups. Beds were comfy. Careful consideration for toddler's and little ones throughout the home. The host was wonderful! We were in town because our Mom was in the hospital. He was so kind and understanding of our situation. Will definitely recommended to all our family and friends coming from out of town! Lovely place!

The house was easy to get to, neat and clean. Perfect for what our family needed it for. We'd definitely stay there again.

Everything was good. The carpet is quite stained though (likely from pets) and one of the beds was missing a top sheet. Overall though, the place was clean and what we needed. Check in/out was easy.

The neighborhood was quiet with close proximity to shopping. The home was spacious with the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on while traveling! Check in and out was easy and quick.

The home was fully equipped and very clean. Loved that it was in a nice quiet neighborhood and still close enough to downtown for dining and shopping.

Very clean house super cozy

We had everything we needed! Since we were close to Walmart and a grocery store, we were able to shop and then cook all our meals in the big fully stocked kitchen. Beds and sheets were nice. Shower heads a little leaky. Everything was clean, with plenty of towels, hair dryers, and shower supplies. We were even able to run a quick load of laundry! Minor complaint: the backyard is not landscaped or really safe for letting the kids play out there or set up for us to hang out. There was a grill that looked like we could use but without a welcoming space outside, we didn’t use it. The living room was set up with a massive TV perfect for watching baseball. One of the recliners was wonky, but the other was great. The host messaged us a few times to welcome us and check in after we left, but since we had no problems with our stay, contact was minimal but pleasant. The house is in an absolutely adorable little town with parks and shops. It took us about 15 min to get to the Mesa Verde National park. Unfortunately it was closed due to the shutdown, but we would love to come back and stay at this house again. It reminded us of grandma’s house: not entirely updated or luxurious, but homey and comfortable!!! We all loved it.

Everything was fine

The house was everything we needed. Convenient location, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen.

Three separate and clean bedrooms. Three separate TVs but none were working. We called David who responded quickly and the living room TV was restored.The house can use an update, new carpeting or flooring especially. The gym is a plenetron and a treadmill in the living room. The side yard needs weeding and cleaning,if kids will be using it.

The house was clean and very comfortable, including the beds. David was wonderful at communication and suggestions for restaurants in the area. One recliner is in poor condition and the yard needs some TLC, but other than that it was great!

Great location, well stocked, comfortable beds, and good communication. We were here for a couple of days while visiting Mesa Verde National Park. It was a quick drive in the morning to get to the park. It is also close to numerous downtown restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet. Nice open floor plan in the kitchen and living room. Host was responsive and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

This rental property was perfect for our 1 day stay with 4 people. Having 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms was a definite plus and the on site laundry was so wonderful. It was close to town so easy to grab groceries and the kitchen was stocked with all we needed to cook 2 meals. Highly recommended.

The unit had everything we could hope for. It was centrally located in Cortez. The host was very polite and helpful. It was very close to Mesa Verde. We would stay there if an opportunity ever occurred.

Very quiet neighborhood, nice clean home with all the comforts of home and very spacious. Easy drive to restaurants and stores. Host goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The house was a great fit for our 7 people (4 adults, 3 kids). We were able to cook for ourselves and sleep comfortably.

Location was fine, beds were great, house was clean inside. Kitchen was big and well stocked. The washer and dryer worked well. Living room furniture was fine, but one of the recliners was broken and the back leaned to one side. The yard could use some work, but we didn't use it because it was so hot.

Cortez is a small town and this Airbnb is a comfortable stay for exploring the Four Corners area including Mesa Verde NP. Our family stayed a few days, was able to cook, and had a great time at the park and in Durango. The neighborhood was fine, just with a loud dog next door but never bothered us while in the house. The backyard did have a few things for the kids, but the trampoline wasn't set up and I didn't want to DIY it. Inside the house, everything was great, with super comfy beds, AC, and everything you need to cook. Overall it's a great stay and would recommend it if you need a home base to explore the area!

This charming house was in a great location in Cortez. Close to a beautiful park and groceries. We used it as a half way stop on our road trip. Cortez is a nice small town convenient to four corners, mesa verde and Durango. The house had everything we needed and we appreciated that the host allowed a single night stay at a very reasonable cost for our extended family of 5.

Open area and wide hallways was nice for the wheelchair. We did carry her into the home as well since there are stairs to the entrance. Couldn’t fit it in the rest room but she is small enough we could carry her to the commode easily enough. Very clean other than the air filters, it was a little dusty and that’s the only reason I looked at the air filters. I sneeze an awful lot with dust. The front yard was cute and grassy and had pretty roses but the back was very overgrown and so we didn’t do anything out back. Owner was very responsive, helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. Pretty close to all stores in the area. Had everything we needed to cook and eat from home saving us money on eating out. I would stay again!

Overall an enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. Plenty of towels and supplies were on hand and easily accessible. The house does need a few minor repairs, but no show stoppers.

It was a nice, clean comfortable place to stay. Had everything we needed. The outside wasn’t as nice because they were installing a new fence, and the yard wasn’t kept up, but we were only there in the evening and by that time the workers were almost finished. Check in was easy, communications from David were friendly and easy to understand and follow.

Great location to visit Mesa Verde NP. Lots of room and quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very good at communicating with us about our stay and giving us the information we needed. The house was cute, the beds comfortable and it was furnished with everything we needed.

We needed a place to stay near Mesa Verde and this was perfect. The home was clean, the kitchen spacious and well equipped. The beds comfy and the host responsive.

Back yard needs to be updated

A perfect pit stop through the gorgeous parts of Colorado! The house is spacious and clean and just what we needed to get a good night’s rest before another Lo mg day of driving.

The house was only 10 minutes from the park. It was clean and cozy. The owner was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The house looks great from the street. Loved the garage access - made it easy to load and unload the car. The house was very spacious with his and her bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with a pull out couch if needed. The grill had propane so we enjoyed some steaks. Owner provided regular coffee k cups but we missed decaf option. Nice big fridge and freezer. Owner was very responsive when the modem went out. The cleaning was a bit lacking. I found trash on the bathroom floor, the trash can in the kitchen had no bag. The yard was off putting with a broken trampoline and an unmowed/cared for lawn.

Just stayed two nights, easy check in and easy check out !!! I would stay here again!!!!

We grilled and cooked other meals during our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of dining space. The bedrooms were clean .
