Stayed Jul 18, 2025We loved this property! Close enough to downtown Charlevoix but also secluded. Quick drive to Petoskey too! Cynthia was a lovely host - we had a welcome booklet, bottle of local vodka, mixers, and snacks upon arrival. We were in town for a fantasy-inspired ball & were in a pinch with surprise rain. The house even had an umbrella, which saved our hair & gowns! Only item to note: the larger bedroom has an attached bathroom, but with no door. If you are staying with someone in the room, either be comfortable with no door or create a gameplan! (There is an extra bathroom with a door, but with four ladies doing hair & make-up, they were pretty occupied). Loved this property & will keep in mind for future stays!

Stayed Jul 8, 2024The house was clean and charming. We loved having morning coffee on the big beautiful porch.The only reason I gave it a 3 star on description was I honestly believe it listed a hot tub but there is no hot tub. I would love to know the history of this house. The only suggestion I have is get rid of the built in bench seats and put some comfortable living room furniture in there. Would stay again!
