Quiet and Comfortable 2BR House 1mile to MIZZOU and Downtown!

We had a nice stay here. The home is cozy and in a quiet neighborhood. Loved the deck for morning coffee and meals!

Small, older home in Columbia was adequate for our two night stay. Close to everything in Columbia. Lovely backyard. Beautiful wood floors, good furniture, comfortable beds. Host is responsive and sincere. House could benefit from more attention to detail. Most important things to address: 1) make sure all the window shades work. Several probably need to be replaced. 2) Remove old picture hangers...they are very distracting.

This was perfect for a friend and I. Nice quiet stay near Mizzou campus. Stores, restaurants and Downtown all in close proximity. Also, Keurig with coffee choices was very much appreciated. Plenty of towels and wash clothes per guest. The massage with heat electric recliner was a nice surprise that we thoroughly enjoyed. There is also a bed that adjusts with a remote the head and foot of the bed. Would recommend.

Great place to stay. It has a lot of character and is very comfortable. When in the area I will stay here again.

Nice set up, very convenient location to downtown and campus

Everything was great and it was the perfect fit for me and my daughter while she was swimming at Mizzou for the weekend. Kim was fantastic to work with before and during the trip!

Bathroom needs updating. New shower head needed. Comfortable beds, Living room comfortable with extras. 65” tv, massage recliner, and cozy sectional . Musty smell as you enter home through kitchen. Keurig in kitchen with Starbucks pods nice touch . Variety of pods would be nice. Maybe a Dunkin’s / Starbucks mix .

We stayed here for Homecoming weekend and it was perfect for us. Great location not far from downtown or Campus - quick to get around. House was very clean and check in process was easy. Very quiet street, too.

This is a comfortable small home in a great location. Beautiful trees and quiet, right in the middle of Columbia. We will definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at several VRBOs in the Columbia area in the last two years and this was the best. It felt like home.

After reserving the property, I was contacted by the owner stating that a mix-up had occurred and someone else had already rented it for that weekend. She then offered to rent her home, which was next door and also had 2 bedrooms/1 bath, for the same price as this listing, which I appreciated, since it was a 5-min walk from family we were visiting. The check-in process was easy, our host was responsive, she accommodated an early check-in, and her house was nicely furnished and comfortable, with lots of toys for children. However, there was a strong musty odor upon arrival that never quite dissipated, even though we opened all the windows and turned off the AC, keeping only the fan going all night. If that had not been present, I would have given her home, which is not the home advertised under this listing, a 5-star rating.
