Quiet and beautiful house with amazing sea view and outside kitchen by the pool

Lovely villa split over 2 apartments. Fantastic facilities, particularly pool and outdoor kitchen. Wonderful views overlooking spectacular coastline. Old Labin a 20 min drive is wonderful with an amazing pizzeria in the square.

Amazing stay! The villa is spotless, well-equipped, and the outdoor kitchen is simply fantastic. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We stayed with three families and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Beaches, shops and restaurants are easier to reach by car, but the peaceful location makes it worth it. Highly recommended!

Really a nice house but best if you are 2 groups travelling together so you use the fantastic outdoor kitchen area to the fullest. Only minus is the nearly 20 minute drive to a large supermarked but 2 minuts (by car) away there is a minimarked.

Our one week family holiday was amazing. Although we had to go to beaches by car and there are only small and bumpy roads, it never took longer than 20 minutes and the remote and small beaches were amazing. The house was perfect for eleven people and the pool was used a lot. The highlight was the outdoor area and kitchen, we never cooked inside with the grill and inductive stove outside. Almodt all the rooms had sea view, as well as the garden and terrace, where we spent most of the time anyway. Thanks for this beautiful holiday.

The villa was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. The two apartment setup works perfectly and the outdoor kitchen and pool is amazing with everything you need. The location of the villa is ideal very peaceful with a nice beach a short drive away. Thanks for a brilliant week!

Over all, a verry well kept house, garden and pool area. We had a great time.

We loved being at Tamara's. The house is made of 2 independent fully equipped and spacious flats but we must admit that we spent most of the day between the outside kitchen (everything is available there), pool and outdoor chairs. The house is located in a very quiet and nice village which really allows for resting . WIth the car, the supermarket is 10 min away and the beaches are 15-20 min (through very nice road). Tamara´s husband recommended to us a fabulous sea local restaurant just 8 min away from the house in a little fisherman village which was absolutely delicious ! We will come back and for 2 weeks this time !!

The apartment, pool, garden and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained.The descriptions and photos were accurate and it was a really lovely place just to chill out. The owner was really friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. This was our 1st visit to Croatia but it certainly won't be the last, it really is beautiful. Plenty of sightseeing and small coves and beaches to be discovered. We ate out at a few restaurants and the quality of the food was very good. An excellent holiday.

The house is in a really quiet and nice environment. The very clean pool is situated so that it's safe from glances of neighbours or passers-by so you have private sphere when bathing. Same with the grill and the outside dining table which are close to the pool. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and big enough for 2 couples and a baby. There was nothing we missed. From the balcony we had a nice view to the sea. For getting to the sea a car is required but after 5min driving and 5min walking one can reach a really nice pebble beach. The landlords, Tamara and Greg, are very nice and helpful persons. We really enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the apartment to anyone who seeks relaxing vacations in a neat and quiet environment. Thank you!
