Wonderful home that is decorated very fun. Beds were very comfortable and the owners have thought of everything to make our stay fun and comfortable. Loved the coffee bar.

Once again we had a wonderful time staying at Dan’s Mizzou home. It’s the perfect size and location and we’ve now rented it twice! Owner is communicative and responsive and everything you could need is provided for your stay! Decorations and MIZ accents are outstanding.

Best VRBO we have stayed in as of yet. The house was in a great location and very clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable. They had water in the fridge, extra garbage bags, coffee amenities, and just over all a very welcoming place to stay. hopefully next time we are in the area this place is available...

Property was just as described. We had a busy weekend visiting our sons at Mizzou so we weren't able to take advantage of most of what this property has to offer. We loved the screen porch. It was so clean and peaceful. The location is just perfect, very easy to get in and out and a quick Uber from downtown if you don't want to drive. Added bonus was the coffee and water. We didn't even make a trip to the grocery store and that was much appreciated. We will definitely stay again!

Kitchen was fully equipped and we especially appreciated the coffee station that had multiple types of regular and decaf coffee along with a good assortment of teas, coffee cups and to go cups. the back screened in porch was very nice for enjoying the outdoors without having to fight insects. This is our second stay and we likely will come back again on future visits.

This is the best house we have stayed in! It was clean, close to everything we needed, and the air kept up with it being so hot out. There were plenty of towels for everyone, and they were nice quality. If we ever need to stay in Columbia again we will be staying here!

Dan's property was amazing! Each bedroom had a unique theme, which added a fun touch. The screened-in porch and the downstairs game room were perfect places to relax on rainy days. We hosted a family barbecue one evening, and the outdoor fireplace was a big hit with everyone. I absolutely loved this place, and Dan was very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

4 couples stayed for a Mizzou football game, place is super cute and clean. Owner provided very nice linens, towels and cooking utensils. Will definitely use this place again!

Convenient and safe. Minor maintenance needed to address creaking wood floors and missing bathroom door lock downstairs, but otherwise a nice place. Lounge and outdoor space was great!

Many places have multiple bedrooms but no place big enough for group interactions. This creatively decorated, well equipped and spacious home has 4!Host is great communicator as well as open and flexible.

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice, quiet neighborhood where this home is located. We needed a place to stay close to the hospital & this was perfect!

Dan's house is adorable! All the rooms were a good size & very comfortable. The outside was the perfect place to gather with family & friends. Lots of different areas to hang out in, so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The proximity to campus is ideal. It is well stocked...we never needed anything. I highly recommend!

Totally impressed with the attention to detail and accommodations that all travelers love to have on a stay. We made great family memories even though the MIZZ Tigers beat my GA Bulldogs girls softball in the series.

Coworker and I stayed at Dan's place while in town for a work related trip. The house has plenty of parking, the neighborhood is very quiet and conveniently located to most everything. Lots of shopping and eating options nearby. Easy in and out with proximity to highways. The house itself has themed bedroom and common spaces and is stocked well with plenty of entertainment options. We enjoyed the game room, watching tv and gathering to unwind after our long days. The back yard has plenty of space to stretch out as well with the screened in porch and firepit areas. Beds were comfortable, house was clean and it had all the accessories you might need from home like fans, space heaters, iron and iron board, etc. Will definitely return on our next trip to town. Heat and AC worked great as well. Kudos to Dan for providing a comfortable home away from home to our group.

Had a great stay at this property. There were 3 adult couples (3 generations) staying. We all had our own space and it was great to just hang out. There was plenty of room to sit and have a few drinks before we went out. The game room was great bonding as well. Will absolutely go back when we are in town.

Loved all the Mizzou touches to celebrate a football weekend! Clean, comfortable & lots of amenities from firepit, games and coffee station. Quick to campus & the stadium. Great place to relax & warm up after a frigid Border Rivalry game (Tigers win!). And the Host had the snow cleared quickly.

The accommodations were excellent. One of the best stocked homes we have stayed at. The extras were wonderful. The only draw back was a stale smoke smell in main bedroom on first floor. I am an asthmatic who is highly allergic to smoke so this made it a bit challenging to slewp in there.

The owner of this property must have sat down with friends/family and brainstormed what you could possibly need during your stay. It's covered--extra bedding, disposable coffee cups and paper goods, helpful hints and take out menus. It's an adorable home on a quiet street, very close to the stadium. It's very clean and well cared for. Quirky and fun with all kinds of Mizzou and Columbia decor and touches. The beds are very comfortable and the outdoor spaces (covered and uncovered) are great! Will definitely try to stay again if we are able to do so.

Great! Perfect for our ladies hiking trip stay. We were all in awe of the coffee bar. We do a 3 day hiking trip twice a year and this was the most well stocked house of any we have stayed in. We always have a hot dog roast one night of our trip and the back yard area was great for it. The ladies from the other 2 houses thought it was great also. The next time we visit the Columbia area we will definately try to rent this place again.

I booked this VRBO for guests coming to town to work. They had a great experience in this property. The host was amazing to work with and incredibly communicative.

This property was so fun and accommodating for our needs. We needed a place to rent while we were in town for a work trip, and this place was perfect!!! The neighborhood is quiet, access to the home was quick and easy, and the towels are soooo soft!!! Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

There was plenty of room for us four ladies. We each had our own room. Shower in downstairs bathroom is tight but serviceable and clean. We LOVED the screened in back porch with ceiling fan. The firepit area looks nice but it was just too warm out for a fire. The neighborhood is quiet except for the occasional emergency siren from Providence Rd. Overall it's a nicely kept and appointed property.

I had a good stay here with some coworkers and we all enjoyed the house. It is a small but comfortable house and the decorations are great!

There are so many good things to say about this property: 1. Clean: I walked around in white socks, and they stayed clean 2. Location: Close to anything you want. Close to grocery, restaurants (good ones), close to Mizzou, close to donuts!!! 3. Space: Plenty of bedrooms. Space to spread out between the lounge, the screened porch, the deck, and the living room. 4. Quality of items: Towels were top notch, thick and fluffy. Bed sheets and covers were very nice. 5. Kitchen: VERY well equipped, especially the coffee station (had both ceramic mugs, and paper travel cups with sleeves and tops!!). Good pots/pans. We lacked for nothing. 6. The lounge: The games were a big hit. Especially the small ping-pong table. In short, we plan on visiting Columbia every summer to visit our son and his wife (we were there for their wedding). This property will be our #1 choice (if available).
