Quaint 3 Bdrm home w/in minutes of USC, Downtown Columbia, Ft Jackson and more

The house was perfect for our short stay visiting family. It was a great location and had all the amenities we needed.

It was a bit out dated, but the beds were comfortable and felt cozy.host was very responsive.did the job for the 3days we stayed .

Very clean and had everything we needed.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is as pictured, and was clean & comfortable. The neighborhood is safe & family-friendly, and good for taking long walks/run. The nearby Steel Hands Brewery is also easy to walk to. We used one bedroom and the mattress was comfortable. The owner was very quick to respond all at times.

Great host, good communication. House needs some updates but it was clean. Good amenities available. Spacious and perfect for what we needed. Nice neighborhood, safe and close to everything! Thank you!

Wedding rehearsal party and weekend. Would have been nice to have grounds ready for our stay. Home was not well stocked with glasses , towels or kitchen items i. E. soaps

Comfortable home in a nice location, the pictures represent the property well, it is very clean just an older home w older amenities but everything was great for our weekend stay for USC graduation. Host was responsive and kind.

First time visit

I spent a night with my family at this place. It is exactly the same as shown on pictures. It was clean when we arrived. Quite neighborhood. Not far from fort Jackson.

Furniture very old. Not enough bath amenities. Old coffee. No coffee filters. Dirty walls, surfaces and HIVAC filters.

The home is very spacious and communication was solid with the property manager. I recommend it.

Quiet, safe family-friendly neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown Columbia. Host was a great communicator. The house was as pictured in listing (an older home). Linens were ok. We used the queen-size bed and it was very comfortable (firm mattress). The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. Fridge had an ice maker; microwave was new. Husband set up computer/work space in kitchen and Wi-Fi worked great. We were comfortable, slept well, and always felt safe at this home.

The property was just as listed and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly.The back steps are a little wonky due to the height of the steps and could use a hand rail , there are a few loose tiles in the bathroom floor but aside from that we truly enjoyed the home and would stay again
