Stayed Feb 28, 2025Quiet, safe family-friendly neighborhood. Easy drive to downtown Columbia. Host was a great communicator. The house was as pictured in listing (an older home). Linens were ok. We used the queen-size bed and it was very comfortable (firm mattress). The kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. Fridge had an ice maker; microwave was new. Husband set up computer/work space in kitchen and Wi-Fi worked great. We were comfortable, slept well, and always felt safe at this home.

Stayed Feb 18, 2025The property was just as listed and it accommodated my family's needs perfectly.The back steps are a little wonky due to the height of the steps and could use a hand rail , there are a few loose tiles in the bathroom floor but aside from that we truly enjoyed the home and would stay again
