Stayed Mar 11, 2026It was a quiet neighborhood and an older house that has been taken care of. I booked this property because of how close it was to the fairgrounds. I had three students that had a competition located there. One student found trash from KFC on the floor in one bedroom. That’s not a giant deal breaker for me however, if you wanted to take a hot shower, you was not able to do so. The water pressure on the hot side was so low that when you pull up on the piece to engage the shower, it would just fall back down to the tub. You could add cold water and increase pressure but then the shower temp was too cold. It was like this in both bathrooms. Myself and students just used the sinks and wash clothes to freshen up before the awards ceremony. Not ideal in any way. Overall, I thought the place was sufficient and would love to stay there again next year but only if the shower situation was resolved.
